From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome from the people on reception to the staff in restaurant, the cleaners and everyone in-between. Very friendly, easy to chat to and couldn't do enough to help.
The room and facilities were also very good. Excellent space, more breakfast than you can manage in one sitting is always a treat to wake up to.

Outside of the weather being out of the control of the staff, any issues were resolved quickly.
The hot tub was lukewarm but the staff were able to help resolve and increased the temperature.
The spa person had cold hands on the day my partner went and also the oils were cold meaning it wasn't the best experience. The treatment was also for 60mins and it was more around 45mins.

Beautiful room, close to a shopping center, terrific welcome wine and cheese, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, super helpful, restaurant awesome, car rental easy, boat offering fantastic. Definitely would go again, love that it is adults only.
Only issue is that we went in October, the wind was crazy and we were cold on the terrace in the mornings for sunrise. Due to hot tub heating limits, there was only one evening that was actually warm enough to enjoy the hot tub for an extended time. It's possible heating it all day would have made it warm enough, but seems wasteful, so I get it.
Tiny issue with internet, but evening staff really helpful to resolve.

Skyfall Suites was a great boutique hotel stay in Santorini! It's in a more "authentic" area of the island and the views of the vineyards and mountain are stunning! The food was farm to table and everything was made in house (even the butter and jam at breakfast). The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, as well. This was definitely a highlight of our stay!

Excellent views from the room, Breakfasts were a feast and the hot tub was amazing. Also thoroughly recommend the Spa.
The location in the beautiful village of Pyrgos is great as you are only 5 mins walk from super restaurants and the bus stop which can take you all over the island.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble
Showers could have been warmer but if we had stayed in July / August then would have been ok :)

What’s not to like! Transfers are nicely arranged for you, we were welcomed and treated like royals by the most friendly and kind staff. The infinity pool with a gorgeous view, the beautiful and spacious suites, private jacuzzi and excellent breakfast on the terrace!
Beautiful location at walking distance from the centre of Pyrgos. Go visit Franco’s café for the view, sunset, the sweetest staff, delicious fresh food and yummie cocktails. I would recommend the Zombie, but my friend also liked the Mojito very much!

The stay was phenomenal due to the very thoughtful and accommodating staff that provided a top notch cuisine in the restaurant. They would deliver food to me in my room and genuinely engage in cheeky banter. Make sure you order room service and ask for Nikol - she is the best and gives amazing recommendations on wine :)
