Location. Decor
I booked accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast. Was given 2 single beds, breakfast for one. This was not what I thought I was booking and what was confirmed

I noted that my room was fully wheelchair accessible. It's not something I require but I was really pleased to see that on offer.

Great vibe, close to great restaurants and comfortable beds.
Bathroom didn't match the feel of the room. Not really warm and comforting like the main room. Parking very expensive and the hotel isn't easily accessible.

Very unusual interior styling with old dentist’s chair, barber’s chair, etc in reception area and an industrial feel too. Quite different from other hotels. We had a two storey room, with a sitting area below and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Comfortable bed, lovely bright room, nice toiletries. The breakfast (not included) in the restaurant was delicious, ranging from just toast and tea to a full cooked breakfast.
The hotel common areas were all very busy (and noisy) with non-guests, in particular the roof bar and pool area which attracts so many people so that we couldn’t actually have a drink there. I noticed that some people actuall used the hotel as a ‘cut-through’ from one street to another.

Lovely room decor;location; complimentary Prosecco in our room for our anniversary was a most appreciated and unexpected touch-lovely and thoughtful. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Glass bathroom/shower room is OK, but slightly smokey glass transparent toilet probably maybe a little too unprivate! The bar/dinner area downstairs was beautiful but the toilet facilities (shared) were messy. Otherwise-we loved and would return!

The see through shower walls! You'd not want to be sharing a room with someone you don't mind seeing naked...
The pool was not as big as the photos and it was a little awkward going for a swim whilst the bar was being hired out for a birthday party!

Our room was very nice with lots of character. The bathroom was stunning. The pool was beautiful and very nice temp. Great location, breakfast downstairs was yummy.
Only downside was that when we were there the pool was super busy and there are not many seats next to it.
