The flat is equipped with all you could wish for during your stay (including washing machine, beach mats, umbrella, water shoes…). The owners definitely thought about what you will need! It is perfectly located if you are looking for short distances to the beach, nice restaurants and cafes and a supermarket. It is a bit away from the touristic center of Giardini Naxos which we really liked. There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment, but there are parking spots in front of the building in the blue area (parking fee required). We visited the area during off-season and had no problems finding a spot, might be tricky during summer (but that‘s true for the whole town). But overall we really really enjoyed our stay here! The view towards the sea is priceless, and having not only one but 2 balconies is definitely a great feature of the apartment. Francesco (the owner) was extremely helpful and provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. We would definitely come back here 🙂

If you‘re sensitive to noise you should know that there are train rails on one side of the building and there is traffic at some times of the day on the other side. I was not disturbed by that, my husband sometimes got awake during the night.

Francesco is a great host. We were welcomed in a very warm and friendly way. The apartment is fantastic, comfortable with all necessities. The pictures don't do justice to how stunning the sea view from the balcony is, it really is perfect to sit and admire with a nice glass of wine. Location is great, close to beaches and good restaurants in a very charming part of Sicily. Highly recommended.

Clean, confortable and well equiped apartment (bedroom, kitchen, WC). Perfect location in Giardini Naxos, near to the beach and restaurants. Good location to visit Taormina, Isola bella and Etna vulcano. Kind and friendly owner, Francisco recommended us places to visit and Tours. I completely recomend it!
