We were delayed in checking in until after midnight due to a car crash blocking the road on a state highway. After ringing the owner and explaining he was so helpful and facilitated our late arrival. He had turned on the heating in the room so nice and cozy when we got there. He had supplied biscuits for us as well. Nothing was a problem. The next morning although we prepared to checkout he said because of our late arrival we could have a late check out at no extra cost. We had places to be so didn't take up the offer but that was a brilliant thing to have offered. Very considerate. Room was very comfortable. Bed super comfy. Quiet place to stay. Parking good.

Shower great but could be a bit bigger - but this did not detract from the overall excellent experience.

The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, off the main road and nestled in a gorgeous lush tropical setting. We loved the wine barrel in the outdoor BBQ area, which we would have used if it had been warmer weather. We loved the little back door at the back of the unit that looked out onto lush greenery. We really loved the high architecturally designed ceilings and the colour scheme. We also really liked the landscaping. Everything was beautifully tidy and well manicured.

We asked John the owner for an extra bed the day before as our daughter decided to come with us and he was very accomodating.

John went out of his way last minute to accommodate us all, when we changed the amount of people coming. He was so welcoming and the rooms were lovely and clean and comfy. Walking distance to all the local restaurants etc. Will be back.

Handy location. Owners were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and warm, comfortable bed
