It is a great apartment, with lots of space and simply, but very nicely, decorated. We were two mature age couples with our dog, staying for 4 days and there was plenty of room. The two bedrooms were very large, each with a tiny balcony and lots of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes and bags. The lounge room was smaller but it still had two couches. The kitchen was large and modern with a beautiful big timber table as the centrepiece. Pots, crockery and cutlery were all provided so we could make meals easily. There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine - very handy. Off the kitchen was a lovely balcony where we ate or had drinks when it was not too hot outside. You really felt like you were in the old town when you sat out there seeing the old buildings and hearing the sounds of people on the cobbled streets. Each room had an air conditioner which was definitely needed as it was very hot when we were staying. The apartment was only a minute's walk down to the old town centre with lots of shops and cafes. Great location! The host, Rudia, provided lots of useful information via email before we arrived - parking, restaurants, grocery shops, etc - all in English. She was very helpful. Rudia had arranged for another lady, Liliana, to meet us to give us the apartment keys. Liliana does not speak English so I would suggest if you have any questions contact the host, Rudia, via email. We had to unload the car at the bottom of the street nearest the apartment and then there was free parking about 250m away - quite easy even in peak season when we were there. Overall it was a great apartment which I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was modern but small relative to the size of the apartment. The only small improvement for the apartment would be if the shower had a holder on the wall for the shower nozzle and a screen door rather than a curtain (the shower curtain sticking to your legs when showering is not the best experience). But overall it was all very functional and immaculately clean and lovely.
