location, security, size, facilities - all excellent

Spacious place, convenient location, many amenities,

Clogged shower, other residents saying 'shhh' when we were talking in the hallway on the way downstairs at 2pm in the afternoon. We also got scolded for talking in the hallway the next day. We knew we had to be quiet between 10pm-8am or something along those lines but we didn't understand why we got scolded for talking during midday?

the location was the greatest we could find, the place was big and the beds were comfortable.

we had the choice to pay the whole price of the apartment at our check in and thats what we told the host when he asked uh how we would like to pay the price. Howerver, they removed all the money out of my bank aaccount without my permission. when we arrived (we had informed them about the time that we would be there and it was within the check in hours) the apartment was not ready yet and the people who were cleaning it left, leaving the apartment in a bad and not entirely clean condition. we had to go and buy cleaning products to clean it ourselves. the neighbors were awful, VERY scary and racist

Location was brilliant, nice spacious apartment, great communication from owners.

Nothing except location

Not clean as expected, very noisy, the linen and towels are old and stained having also unpleasant scent. We had to wash all cutlery and glasses before using them as they seemed not well washed.
