Modern rooms and location with an eye for details outdoors, reception and in the breakfast room. Friendly staff in general with perfect restaurant recommendation. Nice spot, clean and stunning views with a really good breakfast

HOT as hell in rooms: one small window in our room, with no option to open roof light's in bathroom to get an air-flow ( ceiling vent is not an option, see next) NOISY: Neighboring room was only separated by a thin wooden locked sliding door with no sound insulation at all. Ceiling fans are wobbly and squeaky - they will keep you up all night. --> Moreover you hear every word, TV and the other room's fan like it were right next to your ear. Hard to relax and get some sleep at all. FIX: Bathroom in good and clean condition. But please give it some love and peel of the remains of the rubber cement where once was a towel rack or something else. CHANGE: Think about replacing the HUGE coffee machine, it looks like it is bought from the remains of a train station. It's flashy, still has a coin slot an is pretty loud. It is in such stark contrast to all the other tasteful interior in the breakfast room.

Can't think of anything

Very good place to see the surroundings of Garda and South Tirol, when you're travelling by car. The room was convenient and clean. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of local products and delicious homemade pies and biscuits. The view from the room was a beautiful field of grapes. The family running the farm is extremely helpful and kind, downstairs you can buy really cheap wine made on site.

Quality of wi-fi could be a little bit better and more consistent.

It is located far from everything. Next restaurant is like 4-5 km away and was closed, although the recomandation came from the staff. It was very hot in the room in 3rd floor, we could not even sleep.
