The appartment is fully equipped indeed- coffeemaker and all devices you need are there. Great advantage are cleaning and laundry products to use. There is enough number of pots and other things necessary to prepare food. Location is excellent and host is very nice and helpful.

Weak wifi and a little bit to much of dust. I suppose that the reason is, that this building and flat is decorated in specific way (walls made of stone).

The apartment is great, authentic, there are a lot of stairs, but we find it charming, so we liked it. The host, Tea, is great. when you come she explains everything, gives you a short tour of Fazana and shows where you can find everything you need, she is responsive on your messages during your stay. Fazana is rather small, but perfect location if you want to see peninsula and Brijuni.

Unique apartment in the city center, very authentic, everything's there, just move in. Heating and air conditioning, two bathrooms. Host cares about the guests, shows you everything, gives you tips and gives a tour if needed/wanted. Parking is easily available (around 300m away, since there are no cars allowed in the city center). Plenty of restaurants around the corner, even off season. Several bakeries and a small grocery store in walking distance, a bigger grocery store nearby.

Wifi was a little bit jumpy but works most of the time. Neighbors sometimes audible.

Apartment Etta is a perfect location for a couple or small group visiting Fazana. Our host Tea was so kind, making sure we were comfortable and shared with us the best recommendations for food and activities. We would love to visit again and recommend this apartment to all visitors

It was a holiday house of my dreams. Perfect for a couple. Completely equipped comfortable accommodation. Waking up to the sound of church bells. There are many stairs in the house. If you are not used to using them it is quite a challenge.

Magical apartment in the center of Fazana. For all who like the atmosphere of the historic center. Hostess Tea is very helpful, she gave us enough information about the city and other trips. We had two bikes available. The house and kitchen is fully equipped. There are also basic foodstuffs in the kitchen. The place is very quiet, only at 8am the first ringing begins in the church, which is close. It's part of that atmosphere. and we were able to sleep even when the church bell rang :-) Cars are not allowed in the center, parking is about 250m away. I would recommend the apartment to younger people. Older people might have a problem with a narrow staircase. The apartment is on 4 floors. The largest beach is clean, gravel ..
