BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Für Anfang August bis Ende September 2019 ist ein gebäudeübergreifendes Außenanstrichprojekt geplant. Es wird nie eine Notwendigkeit geben, in die Wohnung zu gehen, aber diese Wohnung kann etwas Arbeit haben, die direkt außerhalb des Balkons mit etwas benötigtem Baugerüst erledigt wird. Der Pool ist vom 13. bis 16. September 2019 geöffnet und zugänglich.

This was our second stay at this property and we love it! It is so accommodating and the view can't be beat! The response time was great when contacting via text (we only had a few simple questions). We for sure will be back!

We had the best time at our stay at Las Brisas. Charles had everything you could ever need. We were extremely pleased with all of his accommodations and the ease of the checkin and checkout process. If we ever had any questions he immediately responded. We have already agreed as a family we want to come back next year.
The only thing that happened which was out of the hostess control was the elevator. It broke down but they had people working on it immediately.
We loved the location and the privacy we had. I would say this was our best family vacation thus far.

Condo was dirty. Floors were filthy and dust in hallway vents. Second bathroom shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in between.

The place was clean, location great, and view spectacular. We loved the direct access to the beach and how child friendly the location was. We had a few hiccups with the wifi, but the property manager went above and beyond to ensure it was back up and running. I would stay here again.

The view was great. The beach wasn’t grated like most daily. The condo was clean, but if anything it needed more lighting other than lamps, but honestly the management was so quick to respond to questions. Easy to get into our room, and was sooo thankful to have a covered parking spot! Safe area.

Great location on the beach, easy for 5 adults to choose the beach, pool or walk across the street to numerous get restaurants and bars. Grocery stores nearby are extra convenient.

This was a great place. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure to talk with the staff. Beautiful view. Not much right near the condo to do. However, on a good note we didn't have to worry about lots of noise, except traffic.

This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and we could not have asked for a better place. Location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo had all the comforts of home we needed. Very spacious unit. Could not beat the amazing sunset views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall a good experience. Great location and view. Well set up condo with everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of bath and beach towels. Floors were swept, but needed mopping -- pretty dirty. It was clearly stated there was only one parking space, but there was no nearby affordable parking which was a detriment. The outside of the property and pool need updating.

Location is fabulous! Close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. We had an issue with a little mouse running around when we arrived but management came immediately and was able to get rid mouse....he told us another unit had issue and thought maybe it worked its way to us.
That was really the only issue . Would definitely stay there again...

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of towels for beach and bath, fully stocked kitchen for cooking/eating. There were lots of beach accessories (chairs/umbrellas) in a closet off the main suite. The balcony is huge and it would have been nice to have an additional small side table as when the 6 of us were out there, a little table to place our cups would have been nice. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again!

We really enjoyed the condo itself, and it’s proximity to the ocean. The condo was very spacious and adequately supplied. The beach supplies were an added plus! I also love that the parking space is assigned! It makes parking so much easier. The only downside to this building, is the elevator! It is extremely slow. I also love the location of this building. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Pictures are exactly what you get. It was furnished nicely and had everything we needed.
We had trouble with our code to get in and that was annoying. Someone came to give us a new code so it worked out ok.

The location was great. It was right on the beach. We had an amazing view of the Gulf. The property had some updates to the kitchen, bath, and laundry. Most of the concerns we had were not within the property owner's control. We had other guests who were loud at late hours and pot smoking on other balconies which made it difficult to enjoy the peaceful vacation we were hoping for.

Almost everything about the condo was perfect. The beach accessories were fantastic. A sharp set of knives and a large frying pan would be welcomed upgrades.
Not a reflection of the property but the water in Madeira Beach is extremely calm, at least when we visited. If you like to boogie board or body surf, you will likely be disappointed.

When we arrived at the property the entry code was not correct but was rectified within minutes by text and in no way had any impact on our impression of the unit or management. Mistakes happen!! The condo was clean and spacious and the view can’t be beat! Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and all of the appliances are up to date. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely consider it on our next trip to the Gulf Coast! Thanks for a great stay!

The location and view can’t be beat but the dirty floors and ants in the kitchen leave much to be desired. Also, the mattresses and pillows could use some updating as they seem to be very worn. The condo was updated but the fact that we had to buy our own mop to clean the floors was a big downfall.

Open area, great beach view, all appliances worked well, air conditioning worked well. We felt the beds were comfortable. Some noise from Gulf Blvd. but didn’t keep us awake. Good restaurants nearby. The floors were not very clean, but cleaning service came right back to clean them. Overall great place.

A hot tub would be nice. Not enough was washcloths for baths or kitchen Pans were horrible to cook in ….ended up buying one to use while there. Elevator was very slow and took awhile to get back to floors. Make sure to bring your supply’s for the week or plan on shopping while there Only small dish soap and 2 laundry pods and 1 roll TP per bathroom Guess I was expecting more for the price I paid …. But it was spring break Our unit was nicer than the others our friends were staying in tho

This condo was perfect! Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking including a Thanksgiving meal! Rooms are big, bathrooms are big, and plenty of storage available. The bonus washer/dryer a plus! Property Mgmt was super attentive too!

This property was very clean and comfortable. We were quite pleased. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, and a balcony for watching the sunset every night. What's not to like? Management was responsive. The only change I would make is to provide coffee filters. Who wants to go to the grocery store and buy a pack of 200 when you are only staying for three days.

Just a tremendous gulf view, we truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The beach itself was amazing. The showers coming off the beach where nice too.

We really enjoyed our week-long summer stay at Las Brisas. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had a magnificent view of the Gulf. We spent many hours on the balcony, which was surprisingly cool during the morning and early afternoon. It was an enjoyable and very relaxing experience.

The unit was as advertised. The only complaint was that there were NO condiments for cooking. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and this is the first one that had nothing. Plenty of cooking utensils. Great location. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. Would stay there again.
