Flexibile check in and check out. Parking in garage if you are coming with motorcycle. Perfect if you are coming from ferry from Barcelona. Awsome and friendly owners.

Hospitality, cleanness, private parking, the park with playground and a cafe nearby.

The check-in was easy. The host was responsive to messages. Parking was available and provided upon request. The bathroom and bedroom were private and a nice size. The rooms are all locked separately so that you know you have security while there are others staying in the other rooms. The host is very knowledgeable about the area and can give ideas for sight-seeing in the city and outside of the city. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty! We were happy with our stay.

The wifi did not reach our room, so the property would benefit from wifi boosters so that the signal reaches the back of the property. It wasn't a problem for us, as we have Italian cell phones and could simply access wifi using our phone hot-spots. International travelers may feel this is an inconvenience, to use their computers or phones in the communal living area. Also, we visited in January, and Italy has strict laws on energy use. This means that the heat doesn't come on until the evening (around 6pm or so). Our room was quite cold before the heat came on. The heat also turns off early in the morning, so it's not extremely warm when you wake up. This is not something the property owner controls. I'm only mentioning this so that international travelers who aren't aware of the Italian energy laws are aware, especially in the winter months. The blankets on the bed were warm though, and we were not cold when we were in bed for the night.

The bedroom was very old & the beds had definitely seen better days. Hard & uncomfortable! Bathroom set up was a little odd also.

Aldo, the caretaker is very friendly guy and also resourceful. This place is near the port and is clean. It is a B&B and great place to park your bags and roam around.

Nothing to dislike... For the room rent it served my purpose well.

Great location, 5min from downtown. Train station is 10min away so it made it easy to connect to other cities. The room is spacious, large TV, private bathroom and nice sharing living room and kitchen. Wifi isn’t the best but we didn’t care much for it. The best part is the owner, he is super hospitable and helpful. We came late at night and he was very understanding, provided us with all information we needed. Breakfast is a classic Italian coffee and danish style which we loved.

Only wifi, but as mentioned its not a dealbreaker.

The bedroom was small. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was terrible. The whole place needs to be renovated.

Liked the place

We arrived after the normal check-in time, due to our ferry being late. The host was super understanding and even offered to pick us up at the Harbour, which we sadly didn't see in time. When we arrived, he offered us a bottle of cold water, which was super appreciated and a really nice gesture. The room itself and the private bathroom were both large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and the host had a couple of recommendations for Civitavecchia for us, after we asked him. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The host went out of his way to accommodate and there was a warm welcome on arrival. The garaged parking for the motorbike was great. It's in a quiet area only a few minutes from the port so great when arriving or leaving by ferry. Couldn't asked for better.

Big room, confy bed, quality sheets. A bathroom that can be used by two persons at the same time..rare find. Usually small bathrooms add more to the stress of traveling and being in a new place. Aldo, our host went beyond our expectations: we asked for a late check-in and he waited for us at the gate, helped us with the luggage and the parking- we were very happy with that, at no extra cost. The morning started with a good breakfast and Aldo's big smile. Really appreciate it!

The bedroom, the quietness.

Breakfast was the only part we did not like, as it was really minimal. Also the car parking is not confortable, as it is in a garage separated from the ma in building, but anyway the car was covered for the night.

It looks better in real than in the picture. The host was so nice. Everyday we got coffe, fresh pastery, jogurt and etc. It is located 10 minutes to sea. The living room looks like in a fairytale. I woule go there again.
