L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale, a 50 metri da Piazza Stesicoro e quindi comodissima per spostarsi in città, specie se si viaggia senza auto. Lo spazio a disposizione è molto ampio, con 4 camere con condizionatore/riscaldamento, una cucina attrezzata e una zona studio/svago/lavoro. Due bagni non enormi ma con il necessario. Il proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.

L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po' di ordinaria manutenzione, così come le scale del condominio in cui si trova. Molti piccoli dettagli che fanno perdere valore all'ambiente. Entrambe le docce non avevano il gancio per tenere il sifone bloccato alla parete, le tapparelle di 2 delle 4 camere erano rotte e non si potevano aprire o chiudere non potendo quindi schermare la luce diurna. Le luci sui comodini inutilizzabili in quanto non vi era una presa della corrente a cui poterle attaccare. Nelle camere non c'è un vero e proprio armadio ma solo un appendiabiti con un piano per le scarpe (?!).

Great location, supermarket just opposite, very close to everything. Apartment was Very Clean.

Since we were a large group of people 2 bathrooms were a bit of a problem, we had to que to use, however we managed. A bit noisy at night however keep in mind that it's in the city centre.

Kitchen fully equipped, all rooms with a/c, appeasement very spacious , location very central and owner Ivan very helpfull and flexible.I 100% recomend,no regrets staying there

Good Central Location and Spacious Flat. Considering the money paid it was ok

The flat needs a lot of maintenance - Living room AC doesn't work, 2 TVs none of which work, the flushing was broken, beds were very squeeky.

Large apartment for a large group of friends, as we are. Very good location in the city centre. Parking at a reasonable price in the Sturzo parking. Good communication with Hera wia Whatsapp.

Apartment is a bit old, Table in the kitchen is very small - only for 4 people, we were group of 11 friends.
