The bell boys, especially Mr Sanjeev and Ramzan were very kind and nice, they were very helpful. Also the manager Mr Hassan and his team were very courteous and helpful. Not forgetting the room service staff, they were also very polite and nice. The staff at the coffee shop in the lobby were also very nice. Overall the ambience, stay and breakfast was amazing.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude towards us , me and my wife were just surveying the restaurant in the evening on 12 April at around 8pm and clicking some pictures of ourselves. He came to us and asked to order something, we told him that we don't feel like ordering we are just seeing the menu and the place, if we want to order we will order but he said if you are come to a restaurant you have to order and we cannot come to a restaurant without ordering, he was very rude and indirectly he asked us to leave. Although the restaurant was empty, there very barely any guest for dinner. We were not occupying any table or no one was kept waiting because of us. Please train your staff

I loved the property the beach & the pool area and the fact that it is also so close to heera beach .

Нет зон для курения. Гости курят, где хотят, включая детскую зону. Номер для троих взрослых оказался с одной кроватью и небольшим диванчиком (коротким). Рядом была стройка. Очень маленькая пляжная зона. Мелко.

Friendly and very professional staff like Mr Ahmed and all the Sheraton team

· Room 333, is probably the worst room available (I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance not last minute). The room is far away from the photos of the booking and probably within 2-star hotel standards. It made my working holiday start with the wrong step. I have been to Sheraton all over the world but this room was terrible. I strongly suggest refurbishing this room ASAP. The room was falling apart, the hairdryer sticky as it was melting, and previous guests used tissues to hold it. The room was badly finished as per the photo below. Also, the ironing board was stained. Sea view but not like the booking photos. Apparently, I selected from my phone by mistake the wrong internet (fast internet) and I didn't even notice. I was charged 75 euros for the internet. Please be careful when you select internet or you will get charged. I travel to Dubai often and on this occasion, Sheraton was not the right choice. I will be travelling again to Dubai soon but Sheraton, do you think this is a suitable room? Do you think that I could trust to book another room? I didn't ask for a refund or discount but how would you feel if you had the same experience? I would appreciate a discussion of the stay with The Sheraton Management team.

I have stayed here before and cannot fault the property aside from the breakfast so didn’t avail the buffet breakfast during this trip.

The staff very kind, the hotel has amazing decor and structure, all clean with clean beach and pool. Will definitely come back.

Very beautiful hotel, kind and respectful staff, wonderful breakfast and an amazing view of Persian Gulf from rooms and pools and peaceful beach. Everyone of staff was cooperative and polite but I should appreciate two of them: Monika the nice, kind and hardworking lady at reception and the manager of breakfast hall, the gentlemen that do everything for enjoying guests! Every company with such a responsible and committed manager gets high rank of satisfaction!

really beautiful place. The beach view is amazing. The place is very clean and customer service is excellent it’s not far from Dubai downtown and also it’s not far if you want to drive to other places however the airport rush-hour you need to add another 15 or 20 minutes on top of whatever Google say

The location at see and the comfortable beds

Extremely dirty toilets, the building is uncomfortable, not great views (very limited view to the sea), Unworthy of the money at all! I could not feel I was in a 5 stars hotel .. felt like 2 stars .. Laundry service extremely super expensive which made my life super hard.. will never be back again.. Coral Beach hotel was much cheaper, with better views and nicer rooms, and better laundry service.
