Airco only in the room and quite hot in the main room

We liked everything about the property. We stayed for 5 nights and it’s location and condition were excellent. It was spacious, modern, close to all important places. Kitchen was full size, it had AC, garden, parking space etc. and very reasonably priced. We will highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tahiti.

Nothing to not like about this villa.

Spacious apartment, well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are easy to communicate with and very helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely come back!

Great location, awesome facilities, beautiful patio, very clean! We met the owner who is a SUPER NICE Gentleman and was kind to allow us to stay a bit longer beyond check out time and then to assist with storing our luggage before a taxi cam to take us to the airport - THANK YOU Mr. Tevai! Highly RECOMMENDED!

Apartment has great view of papeete ,cooling breeze everyday was great..unit has everything you need ..supermarket close and foreshore walk into town takes approx 20 minutes

The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything one may need to feel like at home. The location is central and conveniently located to the airport. The apartment has a nice outside area with a view over the port and downtown. The communication with the owner was clear, efficient and prompt. We were given detailed information on how to get to the apartment (thank you, the pictures were very useful!). A message letting us know that the apartment was ready for earlier check-in was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place.

the apartment was very spacious and filled with everything we needed. The refrigerator had a bottle of water and a bottle of milk for breakfast. Nespresso machine with capsules were available. the apartment is walking distant to the supermarket Champion and the downtown with a nice walk along the sea. Air condition in the bedroom, fan in the living room and nets at the windows for the mosquitoes. the patio is spacious and with a nice view. We always ate breakfast and dinner at the table outside in the patio.

The most complete apartment one can imagine. From the first moment we felt at home. It is a place to stay for a longer period. It was also superclean and super equipped.

We arrived at night and the direction was not clear. The property sits on very steep gravel dirt alley and we were greeted by two loud unleashed barking dogs. We also saw two cockroaches in the unit. Quiet except for dogs.

There was no AC in the living room and no screens on any windows or the sliding door. Was not able to open sliding door for fresh air without getting bugs in the room. It was very hot and stuffy in the apt.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, modern and well equiped. It has also very big terrace with a nice view. The location is also very convenient, close to the nice park and supermarket. We would definitely stay here one more time.

Birds can wake you up very early.

Very new apartment, modern, with a lovely very large deck with view of the harbour in the distance. Everything you need is there, including a washing machine. If you don't want to be awaken by the thousands of roosters singing at 4:30 AM, the tight windows keep them out, and quiet A/C in the bedroom. Very resourceful owner, on the phone and met in person when we left. I would gladly return any time if i could.

modern, well designed and equipped apartment with enough space; well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a small dish washer; good wifi; big terrace, partially shadowed; partial view to the ocean from a distance

there is no air conditioning in the living room (only in sleeping room); it's a 15 minutes walk to the town centre, the side street to the house is not lit during the night

The ease of access, the privacy and the location were very favorable. The host was prompt in responses and went above and beyond on a couple items. I would stay here again and recommend others.

Not speaking the language and not being aware of the local culture presented issues on an unlisted, non-working day across the city. It presented problems trying to get provisions or eat.

Great modern apartment relatively close to downtown, has an excellent supermarket nearby, view from the terrace is superb. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a great stay.
