Staff were incredibly pushy and in your face looking for tips - until you actually need them to help, at which point they quickly found excuses to go find other guests to annoy. The gym/fitness centre was terrible, most machines were broken and random staff members would just stand there and watch you working out - very uncomfortable! The lights in the room are all controlled by one switch - if you want to go to the bathroom at night you either have to go in full dark or have all the lights in the room turned on full. Location is on a big noisy road.

The location of the hotel was very good, we went to the Taj Mahal walking. The breakfast was excellent; lots of options for everyone. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had a view of the city and could see the Taj Mahal from our window, and added bonus. The hotel pool on the rooftop is great. The rooftop restaurant has good options at reasonable prices.

Our hot water kettle in our room was broken, so I explained that and ordered a coffee. The hotel wanted to charge me around the equivalent of $6 for it, not taking into account the situation. I thought that was inhospitable. I don't think the buffet restaurant is well managed. I'm not sure what the solution is, but breakfast was a madhouse, and the one time we had dinner there, we felt we were being rushed to eat and leave so our table could be used. People don't want to eat and run when they are on vacation, they want to relax. In my opinion, paying for the dinner buffet is not worth the headache or the price.

Room confortable and clean. Staff very nice and helpfull. They kept us the luggage and we were able to use the facilities of the hotel after check out. They also helped us to arrange a taxi that inclusive waited with us until the bus arrived.

- noise in the room, our suite room was located just under the swimming pool, so from 8am-6pm the room is noisy from the pool cleaning engine - way too many staff members going around you wanting to get a tip for not necessary services, that is overwhelming

The hotel doesn’t seem to have been kept up properly. The bathrooms smell quite badly, and if you leave the door open, the whole room smells too. You can see the carpets are old and look quite dirty. Also, the good customer service stops once you leave the hotel. We forgot a bag there in the chaos of leaving and it was extremely difficult to get any sort of information or assistance from them.

Check in process was terrible. Bed mattresses has shrinkage over 40-50%, difficult to breathe while sleeping. Restaurant staff is attentive towards special category of guests only, not towards all. No resolution of issue on spot. This much space is not enough to explain the issues. Mailed to GM of the hotel. Hope will get response accordingly. Suggestions for other : Do check twice if you have other options.

It helped us accommodate 3adults and 1 kid in single room. The room was ready when we reached with all requirements we had specified. clean and neat hotel.

The property seems a little old and a little more maintenance would do. for example, the fittings were rusted, one of the paintings from our room was torn.

I chose the hotel because it claims that we can see the Taj mahal view - but actually it is not that obvious, there are building and constructions around so, the view is not that as beautiful as it shows on the hotel's pictures.

where to start? - we were initially put into a room below the bar, which was so loud we couldn’t sleep - we were then moved to a room which was even louder from the bars opposite; our glass of water on the bedside table was shaking from the bass - we were finally put into a room where we could still hear music, but it was the best of 3 bad options - our key didn’t work for any of these 3 rooms, despite numerous trips to the front desk - check in was a mess, we queued for 15 minutes before being rudely spoken to by front desk - all of the rooms smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, so did all of our clothes after spending one night there - the bins weren’t emptied from the guests before - we were promised we could change currency at the front desk in the morning… of course come morning, we were told by somebody else we couldn’t - breakfast was average to poor, both the food and service

Staff were lovely

The room was very tired and extremely damp (mould smelling). The bedsheets felt damp when we returned home and it didn’t feel healthy to stay in a damp room.

Very modern & clean hotel with fast efficient service. Thank you to Heena on reception for sorting room & Suchan for looking at AC issue & management (Hemant & others) in giving a great service as required. Priya is a huge smiley asset in the restaurant 😃& Badal was so helpful. Have recommended to our tour operator. Thank you.
