Very welcoming staff very clean room very relaxing place Next day we noticed that one of the bedspring of the twin bed was broken and they replaced it immediately would love to come back : this was our best stay of our 3 weeks through Italy

i think this place was one of the most chilled charming & relaxing places i have ever stayed. Georgio & his family were wonderful hosts - welcoming friendly and kind. i loved staying there and didn't want to leave :)

Gemma, Giorgio and family went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Everything was beautiful, our room was spacious, nicely furnished and the bed was so comfy! The outside space around the pool was perfect, we left feeling so relaxed. This place is a hidden gem, and we hope that we get to stay with them again in the future!

Wonderful place, surrounded by huge olive trees and beautiful plants. Recently renovated and cured in every little detail. Everything was top notch.

I would suggest to add some variety to the breakfast

pool area is amazing, especially the old olive trees making the place atmosphere. very good coffee for breakfast. location is good for area exploration, beaches and dining in the city nearby stuff is so attentive and make all you be happy with your stay.

nothing to complain : only a few minor issues: there is no place in shower cabin for shampoo/shower gel. breakfast is Italian sweet one and if you would like some cheese or ham or eggs you should ask for,

Super friendly owners, so lovely and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay. Hey have great pool and it’s a perfect place from where you can explore the area around Monopoly the beaches. Hey serve a great breakfast and cook also an amazing dinner. We felt really welcome. Will be not the last time to go there. Thank you !

Fair way out of town

A pity the owners don’t take care of this place. Even though the place has potential, they leave it dirty, dusty and the owners have no idea how to run it. Feels like they inherited it yet they don’t take care of it. Dusty floors in our room, dirty swimming pool, dead leaves from the trees everywhere, moldy shower.

Our room was not ready on time so they told us to go to the city by 3:30. When we came back, we still had to wait until 4:20pm. The lady owner was yelling at her husband to do things around yet she was not lifting a finger. She mixed up the rooms though they only have three, and all the time addressing us on a high pitch voice like she was the boss and doing us a favor by letting us sleeping at their house. Overall unwelcoming and unprofessional. We tried to travel around and be out as much as we could to not have to stay in this place. I would honestly not recommend it!
