The location is perfect. The team moved my to another apartment under my request (the same category, but with working table) without additional charge and very fast (next day).

Great location for city centre. Comfy and clean, I highly recommend it from this point of view. Parking is problematic, the parking garages in the centre are ridiculously expensive, and parking on the street can’t be done around that building. Make sure you get the cheaper version of parking they offer you a few days before your arrival (17 eur/night is about as good an offer as you’ll get, we thought we could outsmart this and we thought wrong).

I hate this new trend - it’s everywhere, not just with hotel stays. Get an upgrade - 4 eur/night to have a Nespresso machine & pods. A glass of champagne. A room at a higher floor. The coffee is worth it (and parking, as stated above). But still it gives you the sensation that they are pecking away at your pockets.

Perfect location, warm, clean with soundproof windows. Pancake cafe downstairs is a nice place for breakfast. Contactless check-in/check out process was smooth

No luggage storage room

I did find the check in very smooth and easy. I arrived at a bizarre hour and it was all ready, quite simple, worked well. ALso the apartment was fairly well appointed

The water was cold - i was only there a couple of nights and there was no hot water the last night/morning. Of course no office was open so you just have to make do and freeze your tail off. Despite the kitchen having the space and fairly good equipment, it was missing items like a bit of washing powder for the laundry and or utensils for using some of the pots/pans.

Very modern, fancy apartment, well-equipped.

It was cold and we couldn't turn on the heating. An extra blanket would have been appreciated. The online check-in is a bit tedious and has to be completed by 7. The keys and the apartment are not very easy to find but doable.

Lovely apartment. It had everything you could need. TV didn't work but was replaced at the earliest opportunity. Good communication with the management company.

Bedside light in the bedroom would be useful.

It had a separate bedroom and the lovely pancakes at the coffee place downstairs.

It was not very cozy, just furnished but nothing else. Quite a lot of traffic outside.

located close to main road and so very noisy (not possible to sleep with open windows) not enough equipment in kitchen (we booked an apartment for home office with aim to cook, was not possible without buying extra equipment)

Location was perfect, the furthest walk was from the train station after a day trip to Vienna, only 15mins. The view from the balcony was nice, coffee machine, kettle and fridge were useful. WiFi was very good. Staff were helpful, communication fast and easy. Check in was straightforward. Late check out was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage space and coat hangers.

The shower was not attached to the wall so you had to hold the shower head, hair washing was impossible. The shower cable was damaged and leaked and the bathroom tap also started leaking on our last evening. I would have liked a lamp in the living room as the overhead lights were very bright. None of these little issues would stop us staying here again though.

Location, Apartment facilities.

No staff was available to help. The contactless experience overall was not good. I faced problems in checking into the apartment but there was no one to help. The parking nos communicated to me were not marked. Hence didn't know where to park. The washing machine provided into the apartment was too loud.

Unfortunately, the house and hallway were quite "vacant". The bathroom got clogged with waste and the water in the shower did not drain.

Location in city centre. Has a parking lot, especially those who bring a big car or car with box mounted over it, very helpful.

Fantastic location, the staff were incredibly helpful and the apartment was really comfortable for the 2 of us. They even left us a bottle of Prosecco as it was our anniversary.

Nothing really, it did get quite warm and stuffy but it is equipped with air conditioning.

Very nice place in a perfect location, contactless check-in, super comfortable. Good bed. Great communication with the hosts. Also there’s a very nice pancake restaurant which is great for breakfast right downstairs. Would love to come back!
