La verdad es que todo. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y agradables. El desayuno muy completo con todo tipo de opciones. El personal muy dispuesto para ayudar con cualquier cosa y la ubicación para mi muy conveniente (sobre todo si quieres ir hacia Walvis Bay).

Quizás un poco la lentitud del personal para hacer el check in, pagos, etc. Pero nada relevante.

They don’t clean the rooms and don’t change bath towels unless you request for clean ones. Check in time is 14:00 but got there at 14:00 they were not done cleaning. So we had to wait

For breakfast we had to prepare our own tea. No teapots. Just a small tea cup that you constantly have to get up to refill. No waiters for breakfast you have to get up and get everything you need yourself

The breakfast was great as was the wifi

The noisy residents and hotel did nothing about them

all was good

noise in the other room, guest were making noise

Location (centre of town) and cleanliness were exceptional.

The fact that I had to wait at the car /garage gate for the staff to open me. I suggest that a camera should be installed at the garage gate or door so that the staff can open the gate remotely.
