Our family stayed here in comfort for a week. Easy access to the beach and a nice pool for after. Plenty of room and clean. I would stay again.

The home had the best location for us as far as getting around to the different activities we did. We enjoyed the pool also. There were plenty of linens and a fully appointed kitchen.

Having the pool is always a big thing for us we can hit the beach as wanted and relax the rest of the day at the pool.

This is the third year we’ve rented this property. And again, it did not disappoint! The house is well kept and the amenities listed are always there! Even though there was an issue with the power on the morning we were supposed to arrive, the owners contacted us immediately and the issue was dealt with quickly so we were able to move in on time! The pool is an added plus to this property, especially with young children. The location is a 20 minute drive to Plymouth and all the downtown has to offer! I truly cannot say enough good things about this house! My family loves it!

This is the second time we’ve stayed! House is great, location is awesome and the pool is a bonus, especially with young children! Steps to the beach are not for the faint of heart, but great exercise! We look forward to many more vacations here!

This spot had awesome views. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the whole family! Definitely kid friendly too! It was a great relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!

Great property and well maintained house

This house it’s absolutely amazing. We were 5 adults and 4 kids (4-7 yrs) and enjoyed our stay. The pool is very nice and so is the private beach. The house was very clean. We are looking forward to our next stay.

House was great. Kids loved the pool and beach. Stairs to beach are crazy long and high :)

Watched the shooting stars for three nights. Then saw the end of a rainbow right in front of the property, this place is truly magical.

Upon arrival house was immaculate. Each bedroom was stocked with plenty of clean towels, and bathrooms had plenty of TP, hand soap and first aid supplies amongst other necessities. Kitchen had everything our 2 families needed. Both kids and adults enjoyed the very clean pool. (BYO pool toys) The location was perfect. Beach was beautiful, clean and very quiet. Truly the best of both worlds for our vacation having the pool and beautiful beach all in one. Thank you! We hope to come again next year.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is awesome, but the stairs to the beach are not for the faint-hearted or elderly or disabled. The pool gave this property that little “extra” that made it a truly relaxing vacation! Our family is already looking forward to going back!

Absolutely immaculate!! Living room facing the ocean - fabulous views-was warm though as it had no air conditioner- owner was prompt to put Window unit in the next morning which made all the difference - can’t thank you enough ! One of our most enjoyable vacations ever with VRBO !Our grandchildren asked if we could go back to this house again “ with the best pool ever”!Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

We have a lovely time. The view is amazing!! The owner was very prompt on any issues that arose. A great house for a family of 6, with a extra bedroom in the basement.

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much this time around. The home itself is cozy and clean. Everything you might need is provided. The only down side is that there is no washer or dryer on the property, but we knew this going in and used a laundromat down the street. The house is very kid friendly with the private pool and room to play inside or out. I think the best feature is that there is a private beach right in the backyard. There is no need to drive and pay to park. Watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean from the patio were a family favorite!

Nice having items like towels, coffee etc available in house since we traveled from Texas.

The property was everything we had hoped for . Really well maintained house . Pool and yard. Plenty to do close by , although we never left , because we were having to much fun. The beach was rocky , but we found a way around it Next time we'll just bring water shoes for the whole family !

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Haven. The house itself was very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The home and yard had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a great week. We were disappointed in the beach area as it was covered with trash, seaweed and smelled horrible. We realize this is out of the owners control and were glad to have the pool which was very clean. My only suggestion would be to have a washer and dryer available to guests. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Debbie and family (New York)

since I do have a knee problem what I had a problem with was the steps to the beach, didn't realize there would be so many/ therefore I was unable to sit on the bech but I enjoyed family going down

Amy and the owner did everything to make this a very nice vacation. We are a family of 6 with 4 children under 5. The house was perfect, the owner had everything that you could imagine to make the stay easy and enjoyable including towels bedding beach stuff starter amounts of toiletries, paper products, clean towels both beach and bath, bedding, pillows, cleaning supplies. The house was very clean and it was very nice to be able to truly relax after driving 4 hours and not have to run to the store right away. We have rented many houses and this was one of the best rentals. The views were amazing and even though you had to walk down a lot of stairs to the beach it was way better than having to walk blocks to the beach carrying all your beach stuff. We carried our beach stuff down once and left it on first level each time for the week. The pool was amazing and my children loved it. Thanks again Amy and the owner, we would defiantly rent the property again if we venture back to Plymouth.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was cozy and well kept. The views of the beach were spectacular. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves from the living room and first floor bedroom, too! It was truly great to have a pool at the house and the private beach just down the stairs. It felt like a home for the week we were there. There is easy access into Plymouth, Cape Cod, and Boston for sight seeing and day trips. The little touches the owners provided really made our stay comfortable. We will be returning!

Perfect location - beach is accessed direct from the back yard although down a long steep flight of steps, pool is perfect for the kids, 20 minutes to Plymouth, 45 to the Cape, 90 to Boston (drive to Braintree and take the T). The house is on a very quiet dead end street, very peaceful. Have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach listening to the waves. Amy stocks the house very well with all the basics plus loads of bath and beach towels. No AC in the basement bedroom was a bit of an issue but there are fans to help, the other bedrooms have window AC units which are a bit noisy if you are not used to them. Our only major ding was with the mattresses, several of which are rather tired and could do to be replaced but our 2 families of 4 adults and 4 kids 8-11 managed to find something that worked for everyone in the end. Definitely would recommend for families with kids, not for anyone who cannot deal with steep stairs both in the house and down to the beach.

What a great location and house. 3 levels allow for everyone to spread out. The views and beach access was phenomenal. The pool was a great touch making it very convenient to lounge around. No doubt we would do this place again if we plan another Cape week.
