the owner Reli was so nice and welcoming :] room was clean and the place was well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel <3 I will definitely be going to come back again to stay there.

Everything was sparkling clean, very well-maintaned, the suite had everything you might need and more. Rely and Menashe are so generous, warm, and welcoming to all and especially to children. They have thought of so many wonderful little details - delicious homemade cookies upon our arrival, some wine, a bottle of cold water and ice cubes in the fridge, several types of coffee, a very well-stocked kitchen, and even mosquito repellant on every outside table! We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again! :)

This place is right near the center of Kiryat Shmona. That means it's convenient both in terms of private transport and public transport. Overall it's a mom and pop place with a relaxing atmosphere and a country feel despite being in a city. The hosts are very nice and available all the time. The family personally takes care of the property. A few particular advantages: * A 24/7 store within walking distance, with fair prices – as well as restaurants and shops in the city * A spa room with a huge hot tub and sauna * Another large hot tub inside the room * Two TVs in the room for those into that stuff Of special note is that they tend to treat guests with local wine and home-made cookies. The cookies are very good.

There were a few very small issues, but I notified the hosts and they were very receptive and I think this place will be even better in the future!

Great place to stay at when you want to travel in the North of Israel. Lots of national parks are close from here. The apartment was big, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. Jacuzzi and sauna worked and were in good state. Wifi worked well. The host was very nice and helpful. She met as with wine and home made cookies that was a very nice "extra". We really enjoyed this place and would come again.

It was the cleanest place that I have to visit in all my vacations (and all my life I guess). Everything is on the place, not broken, work, without stains. Full kitchen equipment- again very clean and accurate. We take apartment on the last floor, that has beautiful view to mountain Hermon. We enjoyed from the SPA in the place (jacuzzi and sauna) that was grate. The owners very kind and always available for any questions. For sure will come again.
