Great location with an incredible view to the Ocean and near SeaWorld, plus the rooms are huge, very clean and with all the facilities. Amazing food at the restaurant and the service was incredible, we will always remember such a lovely and friendly people that are working there. Huge rooms with all the facilities. We arrived 4 hours early before check in and they managed to prepare our room and we were able to check in early.

I found everything was great to us.

my chamber were on the 11th floor with a magnificient view on the beach. very spacious room with fully functional kitchen. The fridge was already switch on (not the case on every hotel I've stayed until now) the hotel is nearby two konbini and a supermarket. Very useful. Close to the beach, 5 mins walk. and you can access the balcony !

We were so happy with the spacious room and the view of the ocean.

The first room we got smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. We asked for a nonsmoking room but were informed that all rooms are smoking rooms. That was disappointing but the staff quickly and happily found us another room that didn’t smell so much.

Hotel needs maintenance and updates. Carpets stained throughout. Lobby store, pool, jacuzzi, sky bar all closed -but not disclosed on wen or listing.

We really enjoyed the dinner and lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious and staff were super nice, The room is spacious, two separate bedrooms with a huge living room.

Parking was hard. We arrived at around 5pm and only one spot left. The parking of guests and owners are mixed so it was very confusing, they should provide this information beforehand. There is a way to order the food to the room but it was sold out. I wish they had informed us sooner so could we can preorder.

The room was spacious and complete utensils in the kitchen.

The curtain at the bathroom have molds and the paperwall have scratches and dirt. We were not able to use the jacuzzi.

I did can sleep on bed.

Actually, there is quite old bubble era property with higher cost feeling. Stains on carpet, no charging spot around the beds, weak ac, cheap Yukata pajama.

Normal place in Japanese reality. Old one, pool doesn't work, no breakfast but nice location and big space.

This property needs renovation. Pool doesn't work at all.

The aircon remote control in the small bedroom is not working properly.

Bed was too bad and staff not friendly at all and housekeeping staff is good but front office is too bad .bed and and other things are very uncomfortable.I think it’s not good place to stay two days.

Bad chars not complete out can’t sitting get harts ur self and if you have small kids you have to very care full

Air-condition is a bit noisy

- it was very spacious, and we had a corner room, so we get to have a great view of both the Pacific Ocean and Kamogawa altogether. - they have all the facilities necessary: Cooking ware, washing machine, Microwave Oven, etc. - toilet was spacious and the toiletries are available. - food for both dinner and breakfast from the restaurant was great, and the restaurant staff are very accommodating.

- the floormat is a bit old and already has some stains. - some facilities of the building were not able for use due to the Covid measures: 33rd floor lounge, jacuzzi, pool and convenient store.

Good location, very friendly staff and excellent Japanese breakfast.

I fully accept the price during golden weeks stays are significantly higher than during ordinary weekdays and weekends but the standard of the room for a price 3xtimes higher than regular is too much. Carpets was old, stained and had holes most likely from previous being a smoking room. I would expect a regular standard of room picture attached of the rooms carpet was general standard.

Breakfast and location were great, as were the staff.

The old, rock hard beds and pillows in a $700 room with no WiFi? Not great.

The view was nice. The kitchen worked out well.

The unit had no hot water and no internet wifi connection.

The breakfast was great!!! The view from our room was spectacular especially the sunrise! Very clean.

We know that because of corona virus at the moment swimming pools are closed but they could have mentioned that their pool is not available... but it was not a big thing.
