Comfortable bungalow

There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room. Coach in the living room was broken - uncomfortable for sleeping

Perfect place to spend weekend there

Great quiet location, convenient parking, nice staff, excellent and tasty food. Over all very good value for the money.

Breakfast was good with wide choice, large parking area, friendly staff.

The pool and whirlpool were out of service (December 2022), the sauna could be switched on but without any relaxation area nearby in winter.

location was very nice as there are many walkings to be done and many sports on free air, even we could not use that part of hotel. food was very nice also in restaurant.

Rooms are clean and comfortable even small ones.

Some of the staff are very friendly(reception lady and waitresses), but some are completely uninterested in serving guests.

Very beautiful design. Good location.

We had Room B5. 1. The windows in the B Section of the hotel are facing directly to the road and anyone walking, riding or driving past can clearly see you lying on the bed. There should be some kind of privacy or use of other types of curtains , e.g. lace curtains to avoid this. 2. Shower base leaked a lot and all the water was going all over the bathroom floor. The cleaners or someone should have checked and reported this prior to our arrival. After reporting the issue, the management did not agree to give us another room or other 2 rooms despite the fact that there were rooms available. They instead wanted us to pay more to be moved to other 2 rooms in a different part of the hotel after all that mess. As their solution, we were ONLY given a bunch of towels to put on the wet floor and around the shower to block the water - messy :-( 3. Electricity sockets could be more conveniently placed so that you don't have to put the kettle on the floor to boil some water for tea/coffee. 4. The indoor swimming pool does not have any changing room. There is only a shower and toilet in 1 little room, which we used for changing. A separate changing room and toilet is really needed. 5. The slide in the children's playground was broken. It was quite dangerous for kids to slide on it. Someone should check the playground for safety.

i did not like the service and the poor attention to you as customer/visitor. Noice in garden from 8.00 in the morning, Own personal was taking coffee and guests have to wait,.Vacum cleaning restaurant during breakfast, not nice. Gardner starting to hammer while we where trying to enjoy the garden outdoors.

Great place to stay. The staff was excellent, very polite and helpful. Recommend having dinner at the restaurant, it was amazing. Breakfast was also very good and good variety.

Difficulties with reception opening time, in regard with checkin procedures

There are several villas, each different so size of the room differs one from another. Generally very spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds also very comfy. Staff very kind and helpful. The restaurant also very good. Great choice of beers, interesting menu.
