As much as I like to stay in hotels with “breakfast included”, I really enjoyed this apartment! We travel with dogs and this is absolute pet friendly place - there’s green are by the house where to walk dogs and beach is 100 m from the house! Location is great - Nin is reachable by foot if you like to walk, ~12 km till Zadar. Host is really great and helpful!!! Everything was perfect!

Small but fully equipped room with terrace overlooking the beach.
There are two double beds, but for four people this room can be cramped. However, you'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings and everything you need (and more than you'd expect) for cooking and showering.
The host Tomislav is a very hospitable and helpful host. He is always in touch and ready to help.
The house has its own parking in the yard.
Wireless internet speed is good, but sometimes there are slight delays.
The only thing you might not like is the audibility between rooms. If your neighbors talk loudly, you will hear everything.
However, I recommend this place for a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

Very honest and friendly owner, he showed everything and was really friendly.
Really spacious and comfortable apartment, cozy room for kids. kitchen with all the equipment that you need.
Washing machine and comfortable beds.
Really not clean, requires general cleaning, looks like it wasn't cleaned generally in years.
There was no garbage or other unclean areas on general surfaces, but all the corners and parts of the kitchen really requires good cleaning.
Bad sound isolation in the balcony, if there are other guests in the apartment nearby you can hear everything what they are talking and doing.

The apartment was clean, its less then a minute away from the beach. The beach is perfect for families with kids, we enjoyed being here and would definitley come back.
The host was also very kind!

Tomislav (owner) is very concerned about his guests, e.g. provided us some onsite videos in advance to enable us for self checkin later the day, we had a mailfunction with the washing machine and he organized the repair immediately.
Apartment is clean, modern equipped and just 50 m away from a nice beach. Moreover, Tomislav is trying to organize more sustainable stays (separating waste etc.)

My partner and I, shared lovely studio apartment with
specious, super comfortable bed. Great location, with just a min walking to the beach. Host was super helpful, adviced us on local things to do, buses, places to eat. Was kind enough to give us a lift from the airport to the apartment and was available on Whatsapp for every additional questions. Free bikes available on site. Kitchen had everything you would need. Bathroom with a new, specious shower with hot water and good pressure.
Fast internet allowed me to work smoothly thorough out the day. We ended up extending our stay! Strongly recommend.
There is nothing we didn't like. Maybe just a friendly note, would be nice if there was basic salt and pepper in the kitchen as usually you would have to buy in a big bag and later throw it away.

Great location, friendly owner, off season perfect time to stay....owner was very helpful, if you have any questions, just ask...best beaches in Zadar region for families...
Ground floor apartment...Needs a good clean, especially in kitchen....bed sheets smell and no covers for duvet...broken hair dryer in one bathroom...upstairs look perfect...

The place was perfect. Comfort and clean with beautiful sea view. Very close to the beach. The host is helpfull and patient. Hope to come back soon.
