Bed bugs. After waking up I noticed id been bitten, on my left leg in several places it's day 4 and the itching and discomfort don't seem to be dissipating. Bed bugs My email to staff went unanswered

Having to walk from building to another. Especially the car park. This was not mentioned in at booking stage, otherwise I would not have booked it.

Room did not meet expectations as per the photos on the website, very old, tired, dirty facilities. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was large enough and has 3 beds

The room is in another apartment down the street. Staff was not very friendly when asked questions, there was no warmth in welcoming like I was bothering them. The mirror was completely dropped behind the fridge which was unplugged from its power point. The door feels insecure.

Absolutely disgusting room. It was filthy and weird and the bed was awful and lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillow were flat and all the sheets were gritty. The fridge was filthy, someone's name was scrawled across the wall and the floor was gross. The room didn't get cleaned at all during the stay, and when I requested more towels, they didn't show up. There was also free parking on the street that I wasn't told about while you took my money each night to store the car away. What a disgusting disgrace for a motel. Gross horrible yuck.
