Host gentilissimo, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa, la stanza ci è stata consegnata prima del check-in previsto e abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento un'ora dopo il check-out previsto. Certo, c'erano le condizioni per poterlo fare ma la Sig.a è stata davvero gentilissima e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento è sue due piani, al paino terra la cucina con tutto l'occorrente necessario, al primo piano una sala con tavolo, Tv e divano, al secondo piano la camera da letto con i servizi. Letto CO-MO-DIS-SI-MO! Abbiamo dormito anche perchè stanchi dai giri fatti durante la giornata ma lo abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo. L'appartamento è tipico della zona, praticamente in centro.......Pienza è bellissima, sia strategicamente per andare a visitare quello che si vuole ma anche percè Pienza è davvero bellissima, siamo davvero contenti della scelta e del tempo trascorso, consigliatissimo.

Per una coppia ritengo non ci sia niente che non va bene. La struttura non ha parcheggio, non siamo stati fortunati a trovarlo sempre, da tenere conto che nei fine settimana Pienza è molto affollata visto quanto è bella....ci si adatta comunque.

The location is really great.... very central and close to restaurants and main attractions. The host was very helpful but spoke no English at all.

The apartment is on 3 levels with a narrow and steep staircase....so not good for people with mobility issues or with heavy luggage. Also, unlike many other places, the kitchen did not supply basic essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, etc. However, a coffee machine was provided. The heating system worked on the first day but not on the second day. Free parking is available but about 5 to 7 minutes walk away.

Cute maisonette, a short walk to the cathedral of Pienza. The host is lovely. The kitchen is useful. There is also an electric oven for quick meals. I hope to return.

The staircase is quite narrow if you want to take your luggage to the bedroom, but you can leave your luggage downstairs.

A very cozy, comfy, warm, pleasantly furnished and well-equipped apartment / house. It consists of three levels. On the bottom, on the street level - a kitchen. It is well equipped and ready to use - dishwasher, gas cooker, coffee machine, moka express, mugs, glasses, plates, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. On the next floor there is a small, but pleasant living room with a sofa and a dining table. On the highest floor while, there is a cozy bedroom, and fast beside is not too big but pleasantly and clean bathroom. The whole apartment was clean and gaves to impression of being well-kept. The sizable and comfortable bed was made fresh and fragrant  bedding, while in a bathroom waited a similarly looks immaculate set of towels. The heating in the apartment (November) worked perfectly. I do not know if an apartment is equipped with air conditioning, but in my opinion, it is indispensable in the summer months, because the inside must get very hot without it. The apartment is quiet because it is located in a quiet, little frequented side street within the old town. There is equipped with a good quality wi fi. Within a stone's throw there are places where you can drink coffee and many restaurants. A few steps from the apartment, almost opposite, there is a small butcher and deli where you can buy local products to prepare a meal, as well as few ready-made dishes that require only heating, e.g. venison ragout, lasagna and some others. A great option. 20-30 meters from the apartment is a short-term car park (1h), while 200-300 meters, about 3 to 4 minutes walk distance, near the Coop store is a free car park. Unfortunately, it only offers a dozen of free parking places. Admittedly, when I arrived every day in the late afternoon I always found a vacant place, but on the weekend when the city was invaded more tourists it was not so easy. I suppose that it is the same case during the high tourist season. The person whom I had contact was very kind and helpful.

Great location just off central piazza in the old town. Well maintained.

The host was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The property is in an excellent location, in a beautiful old village. There are many hikes around Pienza that are worth exploring on foot.
