Lovely villa. In a great location, 5 minutes to Seminyak Square but off the main roads so no issues with noise.
We initially had booked for a larger group but unfortunately plans changed. We still enjoyed the villa, we had a 20 month old so having the indoor lounge with AC was helpful to stay out of the heat if needed. They organised pool fencing (at an additional fee) which was so helpful for peace of mind.
Komang was easy to communicate with via Whatsapp when we were running low on mozzie coils and tea bags - very prompt with replenishing. Komang was mindful to communicate about the cleaning which occurred every three days and was flexible to suit our plans.
Drinking water was supplied.
Overall we enjoyed the villa and would definitely return again.

The accomodation is beautiful, clean 5 star villa.
We had two bedrooms with large en-suites and 2 rooms with sharing bathroom.
The living and dining areas were beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The outdoor kitchen and swimming pool area are fantastic.
The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. We really enjoyed the meals made by our own chef. Everything we desired he cooked amazingly
We didn’t stay long enough to make use of it all. Will definitely be back.

Great location five minute walk into Seminyak. Komang and his co worker had everything organisd for us and greeted us with the keys and a tour of the villa

It was a beautiful 4br property that serve our family of 7 perfectly. we loved the spaces and deco.
We got used to it by the 2nd day but it is a bit of a walk from the main road through the dark alleyways. Once you get used to the bearings, should be fine.

We went as family of 12 people. We were simply blown away by the facility and the staff. The facility was super clean. The refrigerator was stacked with bread, egg and other ingredients necessary for us. fresh fruits of different varieties were there. They were very responsive when we needed help. They came, resolved the issues and even did housekeeping voluntarily.
When we asked for further food of different food they went out of the way to get it.
Komang and Ikeda was simply amazing.
The power trips happen frequently and this could be due to an overload.

the power and water was out for half the day n night n the manager tried to say that we had turned the power off …we had 7 children in the house so my sister and her partner had to take all the kids to stay at another hotel which ended up costing us ..we could not phone the manager as there was no wifi to do so

The rooms are spacious, with suitable bedding setup. The living room is cozy for us to relax. The kitchenette is well-equipped with cooking essentials.
Kitchen towels and aluminium foil is not provided. The oven is dirty and racks are rusty. We expected breakfast to be provided with table setting like other villas. If guests are expected to prepare their own breakfast, it should be specifically highlighted in the property description.

The styling of the villa gave that luxury feel with a nice homely touch.
Great with our teenagers each getting their own bedroom.with enough bedding that will allow an annual trip for years to come as the extended family grows.
The continental breakfast was plentiful with a selection of breads, eggs, toast and juices.
The coffee machine was great and the ground coffee beans provided was very tasty!
The water filter/fountain made it easy for both cold and hot water (for tea) and to keep us safe.
Close to walk to the beautiful restaurants, spas and shops.
The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning works wonderfully
All people involved during our stay were absolutely amazing!

Our villa was perfect for our large group. lot as of space, magnificent onyx and marble bathrooms. New toasters and cappuccino machine.
All white and in a very established garden. A lot of thought in appointment has gone into this new villa and it’s in the middle of town.

Return trip for the first time in 3 years. completely renovated from the last time. Fresh from a complete makeover. Awesome location and upgrades amenities. Worth the wait

Villa was felt fresh from it’s new renovation; I think we were the first guests since the work took place. Everything felt new. Kids appreciated a Smart Tv for Netflix. Great location, breakfast and very comfortable. Loved it

Toilet is dirty and old. Lots of mosquito. Pool not up to standard. PH balance is off in the water.
