Location was perfect, right near shops and 5min walk to the beach. Had kitchen facilities.

Beds were really uncomfortable, definitely very old. And the doonas weren't very warm, we had to sleep with the heater on.

The location is great. Size is very good.

The possums run all night on the roof!

Disappointed with accommodation. Not as sparkling as pictured, had to do a bit of cleaning to make it comfortable. Your website states NO PETS ALLOWED, yet instructions asked to clean up after pets. Evident that pets had been there without being cleaned up after.

Great location, plenty of space for a family of two adults and 3 children

Kids said they didn’t like the bugs! haha and the fence to the play equipment for the little one was unfortunately broken (I’m guessing due to the high winds the week before).

Location to the beach and shops, Overall it was a large unit with enough space for a family. The full kitchen made preparing meals easy.

The pillows provided need to be replaced they were extremely worn down and uncomfortable. The T.v also needs to have working remote controls. None of the provided remote controls worked.

The place is bit smelly and dirty, carpets looks dirty. There are no heaters in the room, so for a cold nights it's not well equiped. There are no night lamp in one room and if there is a lamp, they are not working. The TV remote doesn't work. Basically they provided nothing: No soap, half rolls of toilet paper, insufficient crockery and cutlery (2 forks between four of us), no linen (first you have to pay for them, then collect and then you have to put them on and take them off after your stay abd deposit them back, quiet a hassel to be honest), one coffee pod between all of us, no salt. So basically bring your home with you when staying here. Check-in not smooth, you have to go to a shop to collect keys. Last, door lock gets stuck. The only good part of the place is the swimming pool which is clean.

great location close to town and the beach and perfect size for the three of us. had everything we needed for a short stay was nice to be able to walk everywhere. pool was lovely and the playground although out of action due to the storm is a nice touch for families.

property needs a good scrub and carpet/rug clean. for the price I would have expected a few extra toilet rolls, more than 1cm of hand wash in the bottle and two towels per person. some salt and pepper would have have been nice too. some of the dvd cases don’t actually have dvds in them.

This property has it all. We are a family with a 2 year old and newborn and this place was perfect for us all. Our 2year old just loved the play equipment and we loved the enclosed balcony.

Great location, heater was a godsend! Good if you’re on a budget.

Jiggly locks were a bit annoying. Also could’ve been cleaner, particularly the bathroom. Bring your own toilet paper as they state it’s provided but there was only enough for one person to use.

No heating in the bedrooms. Very cold. Shower was very slow. Washer and dryer were advertised but were not in the apartment.

Location was great and the real estate people were amazing to deal with. We were there through power outages which caused some gremlins with the hot water and some lights etc flicking off. We got there Friday and was fixed by Saturday lunch time. Maybe an upgrade to hot water services would be good.

Any issues there could’ve been were sorted out by the real estate ASAP. Really great to work with.

We paid for linen and only received two pillow cases when the bed was set up with four pillows. I did contact the agents and they gave me a refund. The second bedroom had a faulty door handle, which is I have children staying it would be extremely unsafe. It could do with a good clean and wall scrub.

Close to the water, nice park, good walk to the Main Street, clean and tidy. Perfect

It was a bit cold as soon as we walked in possibly due to the tiled floor. The power tripped out on the morning we were leaving. It didn’t effect us as we had already had breakfast for my little one and have the place a vacuum.

First National were great, allowed us an early check in as the property wasn't rented the evening before. Communication and collecting /dropping off keys was easy. The place is great for kids with the pool and small play area and a 2 minute walk to a large play area for kids and the beach was really handy. The shops about 5 minutes in the other direction makes this the perfect location if you want everything in walking distance. The four bedroom apartment was a good size with a large verandah and plenty of room outside for the 8 of us and a kitchen big enough to accommodate all our food etc.

There were only two small couches in the lounge area which wasn't adequate for 6 adults and 2 kids when we had a full afternoon / evening of heavy rain - there wasn't enough room for everyone to be comfortably inside. Wasn't the cleanest place, but not filthy either and definitely acceptable, kitchen and bathroom were clean. But in bedroom I slept in could see where the bedside lamp had been wiped around but still dirty underneath! The main bedroom is off another bedroom which didn't have a proper closing door which means not much privacy or keeping the noise out when sleeping!
