Restaurant was great and the free shuttle to ubud perfect. Little oasis in unexpected spot.

Everything was amazing, especially our host Carol who made us feel like we are part of her family! She gave us a personalised experience and always exceeded our expectations with her efforts and recommendations to make our stay a perfect one! We highly recommend her place for anyone who wants to have a private and personalised stay, and we will definitely love to come back and stay with her again!

The hosts were really great, anything we needed or wanted they were more than happy to accommodate us.

What a surprise we found in Ubud. The friendly staffs, high-standard facility, delicious food， cleanness of the room and the homelike feeling all make us want to come back again soon. Highly recommended👍👍

Facilities were adequate and good location in Ubud

Stay started off well; facilities good and pleasant reception from staff and owner. However all hell broke loose on last day with accusations of having more people than had been paid for . Paid for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant to stay in 3 bedroomed villa with 2 extra beds paid for. Despite informing in advance of members in my family staying at villa (and 3 members staying elsewhere but occasionally coming to socialize); each member submitting passports for photocopying; not having breakfast on some days due to early start; the owner and her staff rudely accused some of my family members of not staying at villa on last breakfast (and they had been staying at villa for the past 4 days). In spite of my explanations , the owner continued with the allegations even on WhatsApp on my way to the airport and in a patronizing manner ended conversation by saying she was not going to charge me for the extra people (which actually there were no extra people to charge for) Till now I have no idea what brought this on and am forced to conclude they were prejudiced and could not tell who was who as we were black people. This whole episode completely ruined our impression of the place and left bitter tastes in our mouths. We were all flabbergasted by the consistent allegations especially by the owner; which I believe she could have handled the whole issue in a more respectful and decent manner. I should say I travel a lot with my family in this large size and this is the 1st time to have such an unpleasant experience.

Spent 3 nights and my daughter was feeling unwell the first 2. Carol (owner) was kind to notice and immediately offered her some porridge. The food was simply delicious and the staff were all genuinely warm and friendly. Just awesome. Would definitely love to come back someday....
