Wohnzimmer, Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und allen Geräten. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Ledermöbeln und einem 50-Zoll-TV ausgestattet. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen 32-Zoll-TV. Außerdem haben wir eine der wenigen Eigentumswohnungen mit Klimaanlage, keinen Sumpfkühler!

UP IN THE LOFT haben wir gerade 3 neue Pillow Top Queen Betten am 26.11.18 zusammen mit Vollbad, großem begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Fernseher mit DVD-Videorecorder-Kombination installiert. Zum Skifahren gehen Sie einfach aus der Tür, biegen Sie rechts in den Flur ein paar Stufen nach oben ab, gehen Sie nach rechts, vielleicht 20 Stufen, fahren Sie den Aufzug hinunter, aus der Tür, links befindet sich die Gondel! KEIN Bus, zu Fuß und mit Ihren Skistöcken und was auch immer Schritte zur Gondel! LAGE, LAGE, LAGE. Die Küche ist mit den meisten wichtigen Zutaten bestückt. Meistens kann man spät anreisen und zum Abendessen gibt es normalerweise Spaghetti und Soße.
Es gibt einen Mixer, einen Topf und eine Pfanne. UND EINE FLASCHE WEIN AUF DEM TISCH, UM SIE ZU BEGRÜSSEN.

Great direction to access condo. The place is dated - think 80's with no updates. Close access to ski area and local businesses. Kitchen has good selection of plates, bowls, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Lighting in the place is not good - outdated lamps, the on-off switch for the kitchen light is on the cord (long reach), and feels dark. Stairs to upstairs bedroom are a challenge. The place worked for my needs, but just feels old.

Excellent location and comfortable beds. Sitting area has really comfortable furniture to hang out in. Communication was great and Tom let me check in early which was much appreciated. There were only 2 negatives - the cleanliness and directions to garage and property. There was food in the sink and on the dish brush, hair in the bathroom and lots of food on the floors - it looked like it had only been lightly cleaned. The actual condo was tricky to find and the map wasn’t very helpful - it took all of us and help from a local to find where we were going.
Other than that I highly recommend and will stay again.

You couldn't find a better location for a base camp while skiing Steamboat. Right in the heart of Gondola Square with princess parking, access to plenty of restaurants and bars. The condo has nice charm and plenty of beds for a medium size party. The kitchen is well stocked with convenient donations from previous parties. A small grocery store across the street makes it all the easier to stock the kitchen for meals or snacks.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Tom was an excellent communicator. The location cannot be beat. Having a little kiddo and being able to come and go skiing throughout the day was clutch. Inside it is dated, as shown by the pictures, but certainly added to the charm of the space and it is still very comfortable.
We also appreciated the underground parking, as the weekend was gloriously snowy and cold. It was nice not to worry about digging the car out.
We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay if you want a ski in/out that’s centrally located. We had a single issue but the property manager was all over it and the issue was remedied before we left the slopes. Highly recommend this place.

The condo had plenty of space for our family and was conveniently located to the slopes. The elevator was great and the parking garage was really nice!

Location is awesome. Plenty of space for 6 people and everyone had their own bed. The only complaint is the view doesn't exactly look towards the mountain. Easy and convenient to get to. Awesome location!

I had a nice stay at the condo. It is just a short walk to access lifts. The condo had everything that I needed for an excellent ski trip. I was able to leave my car parked for my entire stay. The condo is somewhat dated, but that was not an issue for me. The owner did a good job of communicating. I would stay there again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our ski trip. The condo is truly steps from the gondola. The condo has a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The mattresses were wonderful and the living room furnishings are comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

Loved the condo. Was great to stay right at the base and be able to walk around to the shops. Amazing to be at your condo 5 min after you step off the slopes, counting the time we spent dropping off our skis to the rental shop. Property is dated, but we understood that before we came and were not bothered at all. Tom and Von are great to work with and very responsive. Will be back soon hopefully!

This place was perfect for our groups needs. The location was right in the middle of town and within walking distance to many places. We had a little trouble finding the parking garage and entrance but Tom answered right away to help us find it. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we make it back to Steamboat!

The owner mailed instructions to find the unit, the unit key, and a parking pass. However, it was a confusing complex and finding the actual parking space and the unit itself was somewhat challenging. The condo was clean, but dated and as it was summer, the one and only AC unit struggled to cool the bedrooms. I'd say it is a better ski season rental than a summer rental, but we enjoyed the stay all the same.

Amazing Vacation
This property was easy and quick to book online. The communication with management was stellar TOM was very helpful with any questions that we had. The owners answered promptly via text or voice chat. The room was clean spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as each bathroom. This property had every amenity you would need for a amazing time. Located in the perfect location not far from restaurants, shopes, and a few minutes from downtown.

Overall we had a nice stay at this condo in steamboat as a family, but had a few frustrations with the check in process and internet/tv not working. The owners were available and responsive but there were some delays getting the issues fixed. We loved the location and parking for skiing and had a great family ski trip!

We really enjoyed our 4 day snowboarding trip. Staying at the base of the mountain was so convenient. We had everything we needed and the condo was perfect.

Great Location
This condo is in a great location in Steamboat. It is located right above Gnarly Charlies Pizza. It was such an easy walk from the condo to the slopes. It is maybe 200 yards. We had a family of five with three young kids and the access was unbeatable.
The photos are accurate as to the condo. It is dated, but not lacking. The beds were comfortable and the furniture great to relax. The TV is new and cable and internet worked without fail. The whole condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need.
For our ski trip there were only two downsides. The condo does not have a washer and dryer. For a family of five with young kids that was tough for skiing. The unit also does not have access to a hot tub or pool (as far as we knew).
Overall this was a great spot for a young family. We had a great trip and would definitely return.

Good value especially for the excellent location
As others have said, the property is dated, but my primary goal is prime time skiing at Steamboat Springs. The location, underground parking and mountain access are wonderful. If you want on-premises pool, hot tub, etc look elsewhere but be prepared to pay a lot more. This is not my first stay here nor will it be the last.

Excellent location
We rented for the location which was great! It’s dated but we appreciated the comfortable beds and leather reclining sofas and recliners after a day of skiing! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and such. Thanks!

Steamboat gem
We had the best time skiing in Steamboat for Christmas! The location was fantastic (easy elevator ride downstairs to Gondola square then a 2 minute walk to the Gondola - it felt like a ski-in ski-out!). It was a quick drive into town to fun restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our three adult kids...it and had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. It was cozy and roomy at the same time. Von (the owner) was a great communicator and answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. We can't wait to go back!
