We had a fantastic time!! The house was gorgeous and perfect for 3 couples with rooms to spare! And the VIEW!!! We lost count of how many whales we saw off the back deck!! Everything was first rate, including the service...between the house owner, the house manager and the cleaning staff who was on site daily, we never had to worry about anything! They made sure at every turn, we had what we needed! Location was great too! We were in town for a wedding at the Esperanza and the location of the house was perfect! We rented a golf cart which made it super easy to get around the resort, but it's easily walkable too! Highly recommend! We would definitely rent this property again!

We had an incredible week at Casa Sourini! Debbie, the owner of the home was wonderful in getting all of our details organized and very attentive. The concierge services with Baruch and Paola were top notch making out stay hassle free. The house itself was a stunner, with breathtaking views and beautiful furniture and high quality details. Brissa the housekeeper was amazing! She kept everything spotless and her attention to detail was much appreciated. We can't wait to come back!

Booked a long weekend for a family wedding at Esperanza. House is beautifully appointed with private space for all guests. Host is amazing and has assembled a fantastic team to take care of every imaginable need — prepared meals, transportation, shopping and more! Inside and outside space is inviting and spacious. Walking distance to the resort and the beach club with incredible views. Will definitely return!

Rented Debbie’s house for a bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have had a more amazing stay!! Debbie, her property manager, and cleaning staff were the most helpful ahead of the trip and during we had the most accommodating stay. Felt like we were staying at a resort! Location of the house was prime and the private beach club was phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Cabo!!! Can’t wait to come back!

We took our four grown children and their spouses to Cabo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location in Punta Ballena where the Esperanza Resort is. We had access to the Esperanza Residences Beach Club which is beautiful and only a 5-10 minute walk or a couple minutes by golf cart. Debbie, the homeowner, was very communicative and thoughtful before and during our stay. The house manager, Paola, was so helpful in arranging everything for us ahead of time (restaurants reservations, boating, transportation, in-home chef dinner, groceries, etc.) and the daily maid-service was so nice to have as well!
I highly recommend this beautiful home and can't wait to return!

The house is great— great location, wonderful views, very clean, nice staff….I didn’t care for limits on the thermostat— it was too hot at night for sleeping as the thermostat is locked at 72.
If you want to use the hot tub you must contact the property manager or owner for them to turn it on and then you are limited to only one hour.

Christmas at Casa Sourini was perfect!! We have stayed at Esperanza in the past, which is why we wanted to stay in that neighborhood. We traveled with our six teens and my dad, and the house was perfect. Enough room to spread out, but also homey enough for us all to come together for dinners & time at the pool/spa. The property management team (Baruch & Paola) were very helpful pre-trip and while we were down there. They arranged for us to have traditional Mexican stocking stuffers for the kids, coordinated a chef onsite to prepare a traditional Mexican Christmas dinner, helped get restaurant reservations & taxis, and so much more. (Bring cash as most vendors don’t seem to want to take credit cards). Debbie is a hands-on owner & it shows. Her home is immaculate, with everything you could possibly want available at the house. She checks in by text on how things are going every step of the way. When we had a noise issue from the hotel next door, she addressed it & had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. So appreciated! And Brissia, the on-site cleaning lady, is as attentive to every detail as she is kind and helpful. I recommend renting a car; the Fresco grocery store is right across the highway & has everything you could want (along the lines of a high end grocery store with lots of organic, gluten- & dairy-free items, alcohol, and my kids favorite bakery!). Go to Fresco before Costco or California Ranch Market. Casa Sourini was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!!

My family and I celebrated my 40th birthday in Cabo. The place was beautiful and the staff were very nice. We normally stay in very nice resorts and are used to being treated wonderfully. There was way too much unnecessary communication between us and the owner. We felt we were being treated like children with constant rules. The owner must have been monitoring all the controls as the minute we left the hot tub on we got a message from her.
This experience made us feel like we were being watched and told what to do the whole time. Made our guests feel uncomfortable to touch any controls.
Positives: the house is gorgeous and the location is great. The place is gated and very safe. The beach club has one of the best pool oceanfront views. You have a daily maid and you can order groceries and Booz before your arrival. The staff were very nice and respectful.
Negatives: the owner. She seems nice but very particular, talkative and controlling. She was way too involved, called to speak with me a few days prior to our arrival, and texted me daily the entire stay. She called to ask me how many people are staying, who they are, what they do (in a round about way) and informing me of a few complaints she had of previous clients. For example, she mentioned an 8 year old ruined her expensive mattress and wanted to make sure the two children with us were not going to wet the bed. She brought up her “beautiful home” “5 star reviews,” expensive sheets, mattress and furniture many times. She texted me daily in Cabo wishing me a happy birthday but reminding us once again not to turn on the pool waterfall with the Jacuzzi, don’t forgot to tip my Concierge service, etc. After the first day she had the Hot tub locked and we had to text the concierge every time we needed it to have it turned on even though it was already on 1 hour timer. One night the hot tub didn’t even work. She sent me a contract the day of our arrival and I booked weeks before we arrived. To top it all, while in the airport leaving Cabo, I got a text from the concierge and her about 2 missing Tupperware and accusing us of a broken chair. We tried to ignore the little things but after accusing of damaging her furniture I had to write this review for her. Bottom line, it’s not the same experience as staying in a beautiful resort. We wanted to relax and enjoy our stay but instead felt watched and harassed.

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Sourini! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about activities, restaurants, etc. The house is GORGEOUS. Very spacious, clean and amazing decor. We will definitely be back.

This house is amazing - it made for the ultimate luxury vacation. We loved the housekeeper who was so sweet and took such good care of us while we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The pool was super warm and beautiful but did have slippery sides and some steep edges (which the owner did warn us about prior to our trip). Since we were traveling with young children, we did most of our swimming at the beach club which was fantastic. The tennis courts were great, our kids loved the kid's club and the spa was amazing. Communication with the property manager and the owner was super easy. We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future!

This home is well suited for both families and large groups. The pictures are spot on. The location and view are great. It's also in a secure community behind the Esperanza gates so it felt safe for a group of women. It's evident that the owner takes pride in the home and the care of it. We were very pleased with our stay.

We were two families coming to Cabo for the first time. The house was perfect for us! The two masters are spacious and the lower lever was perfect for our 4 girls. The outdoor space was lovely and we really enjoyed the entire house. The beach club was fabulous and we went several times. Debbie was very helpful and accommodating. Baruch and Brissia were great - the house was cleaned every day! Baruch set up two chef dinners that were wonderful.
We loved Cabo and the Esperanza resort. Played pickle ball, went to the spa and enjoyed several of the restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Casa Sourini is a 5 Star experience! I would highly recommend this gorgeous house to anyone looking to spend time in Cabo. For years it had been a dream of my wife and I to take our children, their spouses and all grandchildren on a family vacation. After much debate we settled on Cabo and were fortunate enough to find "Casa Sourini". From the first contact Debbie was the consummate host and made the 14 members of the Frankel Family feel as if we were home. This property is perfect for a family vacation. Located within the Punta Ballena Residencias the property is stunning. The grandchildren were in the pool by 8 am daily till bedtime but for a trip downtown and lunch at the Beach Club (five minute walk from the house...the food was outstanding). In addition to Debbie making sure our arrival to the house was seamless by making all transportation arrangements we had Baruch, her property manager, a phone call away. Whatever we needed was taken care of immediately. Bateba, the housekeeper, was there daily so we could enjoy ourselves and no worry about the details. If you are looking for a vacation in "Paradise" visit Casa Sourini. We were well aware Cabo had gotten some unfair press. At no time did we have any concerns as the house is located within a secure property. Without hesitation we would repeat this trip. Our family visited Cabo over Thanksgiving break and stayed at Casa Sourini for a surprise birthday trip for our moms 60th. There were 4 families (14 people including children) that stayed at this beautiful vacation home with age ranges from newborn to adults. This house couldn’t have been a better setup! With 4 bedrooms set up as master bedrooms every family had their own privacy. The furniture throughout the house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We have never slept better on vacation! The kitchen was stocked with high end appliances and everything you would need to cook delicious dinners. The owner was extremely helpful from the moment we made our reservation all the way through the entire stay. The house staff and manager couldn’t have been more respectful and helpful! With the pool at the home and the beach club within walking distance we couldn’t have asked for anything more to keep our group entertained. We highly recommend this Home for a vacation, we know you will love it as much as we did!

There are no words to describe our wonderful week. Debra was so conscientious and easy to deal with. She returned our security deposit in a timely manner which I know is always a concern. She was in contact with us every step of the way. The house manager and staff were great to deal with. Their recommended limo service even helped me arrange a surprise wedding ceremony to renew our vows at a Catholic Church. Where do I begin. The home is beautiful. There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space. We have six children and some significant others. My old fashioned husband won't let unmarried kids stay in the same room so they gladly set up some additional air mattresses to help with our sleeping situation. They had wonderful king beds everywhere. Just stunning. We loved the view and the beach club. I hope to go back. Really an unbelievable vacation. Thank you so much Debra for everything.

Debbie was an absolutely great host. She kept in contact from booking, through the stay, and followed up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Baruch, the house manager, and Batseba, the housekeeper, were incredibly helpful and made the stay stress-free and even more enjoyable. As you can see from the photos, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. Great pool deck, whole-home audio system, and great views. I don't believe you can do any better!

My family had a wonderful week in Cabo, in part, thanks to Debbie and her beautiful home. The home is exactly as pictured. It is very well-maintained and has lovely furnishings, including comfy beds and TVs in all bedrooms. Debbie provides toiletries and other extras that most other homeowners do not provide which was an added bonus. The home is well thought out as each bedroom is lovely with privacy and quiet space for all. The infinity pool and spa were well maintained and we used both each day. The view is amazing. The location of the home next to the beautiful Esperanza resort is also a bonus as we were able to use the beach club and workout facility and enjoy the restaurants and grounds as well. Batseba was there everyday to tidy up which also helped make our stay relaxing. Baruch is a phone call away to help. Keep in mind that downtown Cabo is a 10 to 15 minute drive but for us this was a bonus to be away from the busyness and noise of downtown. We went into town most nights for dinner and found some fabulous ones, including Bajo La Luna, Chamuyo, Toro Latin Kitchen, and Hacienda Cocina y Cantina. Most everyone we encountered was very welcoming in Cabo. I would highly recommend Debbie's home! Hope to return again! Thank You!

This was the second time my husband and I stayed in the villa and the first time we have been repeat renters of the same property. The first time we stayed was with our adult children. We liked it so much that we decided to bring some friends back with us this year. As soon as we walked in, it felt like coming home and we were reminded how much we loved the villa and the area. All of our friends are well-traveled adults and ALL of them said it was the most beautiful place any of them have ever rented. This is truly a place for the memory books... it's beautiful and well appointed with gorgeous bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. We spent most of our time on the patio however and felt spoiled and pampered with the beauty and relaxing atmosphere. We also took advantage of the beach club and Esperanza resort, which are short walks away. This is a place worth staying year after year!

Four couples spent a week in late January at this property. We have traveled to Cabo many times and have stayed at resorts as well as private residences. All of our expectations were met. The property was as advertised. Well taken care of--an everything in working order.
The staff was great to work with as well as the owner.
My favorite part of the the property--is that there are four great bedrooms. no one feels like they drew the short straw.

We stayed at this beautiful house over MLK weekend and everything about it was perfect. We had a group of 12 girls and it fit everyone very comfortably. It is in a great location, with the beautiful Esperanza Resort in walking distance (walked to get drinks and dinner one night) - it was nice to be away from the party scene of downtown Cabo but still a quick 10 min cab away. The house manager and housekeeper were so helpful and wonderful to have around as well. We needed more drinks one day so we asked Baruch the house manager to pick up some things for us and he did so very quickly.
The house was updated, clean, had amazing views and just gorgeous all around. Really there is nothing to complain about with this house- comfortable beds, great amenities, fully stocked kitchen.
The owner of this house is easily reached should you have any questions or concerns about your stay. I highly recommend this house for a girls weekend, group of couples or a large family getaway! Wish we could have stayed longer and hoping to return to this house soon!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this gorgeous home. We were here with our family celebrating our son's wedding at Esperanza Resort. The view, pool, Jacuzzi, barbeque area and amenities contributed to an amazing stay. Such a comfortable, inviting and elegant home! Debbie, the owner, is the best and her staff worked hard to make sure our experience her was the best! I would highly recommend this house for your next getaway. I definitely plan on coming back!

We just recently rented this house for my mother in laws 70th birthday. There were 13 of us there to celebrate. The house was amazing from the pool to the blender. The apple TV was great and the Nest thermastats in each room made the stay even more enjoyable. Our family had an amazing time most of it was due to this house. I would highly recommend this house for any getaway, but especially a family one. The convenience of the beach club and Esperanza resort made for lots of fun. Debbie made everything so easy for us. Special thanks to Baruch and Batseba the were perfect and so helpful.

Our group was 4 couples. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the Cabo weather especially the beds---so comfortable! We have rented many homes through vrbo and Debbie, the owner, is one of the best owners that we have ever dealt with in renting a property. While it's tough to leave the house, you have the beach club and Esperanza within walking distance. Baruch, the concierge, will arrange anything that you want to do in Cabo. We highly recommend this great home, and can't wait until we can return again.

I could not speak more highly of the fantastic experience our group had during our stay at Casa Sourini. From the start to finish, we had great information and communication with the owner and staff, which only enhanced our vacation experience. Our group included twelve ladies, of all which were family or friends, and we had such a fantastic time spending time around the pool, lounging and dining at the resident's only beach club, enjoying the many amenities at the home, and even had a chef cook a fantastic dinner for us at home, per the owner's recommendation. Each and every member of our group was so impressed by our stay and we cannot wait to visit again!

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding in early December. Baruch was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay including plans for a dinner party. Betseba was professional and helped with every aspect of our comfort during our stay. In addition to this, Debbie is a hands on owner who called the day before we left and provided valuable information regarding rental cars and golf cart rentals. We rented multiple homes in the area for the occasion and this unit was meticulously maintained and beautiful. We would rent again!

We just returned from our family thanksgiving vacation. I have two children, son in law, daughter in law and two gorgeous grand daughters. We stayed at the villa for one week. Baruch, handled everything for us. We had in house massages for six set up twice in the downstairs . The day before we left we had them come back. The girls got facials. They even gave my 5 year old grand daughter a 15 minute head and neck massage. We did not rent a car but did rent 6 passenger golf cart and used it everyday going to beach club and to Esperanza resort. Beautiful resort. We had a chef prepare meals in the evening 4 of the seven evenings. Food excellent and great not having to do any clean- up. We enjoyed our dinners on the patio and the ambience was superb.
I also arranged for a professional photographer to take our family pictures. Each family also did individual family pictures. Everyone picked out their Christmas card photos.
Very relaxing and a wonderful family vacation. Definitely 5 star. Hope to make this a family tradition.

My husband and I rented this beautiful home along with three other couples for a long Memorial Day weekend getaway. We had a great experience with Debbie while arranging our stay. The house met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and very dedicated to making sure we were happy and comfortable. Loved cooking in the kitchen and using the great BBQ outside. We spent most of our time outside in the pool during the day and around the fire pit by night. We are looking forward to another trip!

There were 7 adults and 1 baby at our recent stay at Debbie's house, all with plenty of room to spread out. The house is beautiful, with a pool right on the patio, which is where we hung out most of the time. We didn't do any excursions because of the baby, but we had a car and went to the marina area once.
It was great having en suite bathrooms in all but one of the bedrooms, but the kitchen was the best part. We cooked all of our own meals after shopping at Costco, and there was nothing you could possibly need in the kitchen that wasn't there - VERY well equipped.
Most nights we ate on the patio where there was always grilling going on and beautiful views.
It was obvious, from the construction close by, that this is a desirable and growing community, and when you see the views, you know why!
Debbie was wonderful to work with, and Baruch, the concierge, was always available had we needed him. Batseba, the housekeeper, spent hours every day cleaning and ensuring that laundry and dishes were done.
It was a great vacation, and a very lovely and accommodating home!

We just returned from a four-night stay at Villa Sourini! We were there for a girl’s weekend with 9 women. All I can say is that our stay FAR exceeded my expectations! The Villa is absolutely beautiful! The view is breathtaking. You instantly feel at ease and relaxed.
This particular group of women has stayed in many beautiful hotels and homes throughout the world and everyone was in awe! The house is meticulous, the view marvelous and the service was 5 star. There are four master bedrooms, all spacious with on suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is slightly smaller but still has a queen size bed. One of the downstairs bedrooms has an outdoor shower!
I worked with Debbie (the owner) prior to our trip and she was so easy to work with. She was straightforward, always quick to respond to emails and answer questions. With the help of Baruch (house manager) we arranged for daily breakfast and two dinners to be prepared for our group. Every meal was delicious! The nicest things for all of us mothers was to not have to think about cooking or cleaning! No dishes! The Villa has a housekeeper who is so sweet and works quietly all day cleaning up, doing laundry and ensuring everything looks perfect etc ...
We only went into Cabo one night for dinner. No one wanted to leave the tranquility of the house! Baruch arranged for us to have in-house massages, which were top notch. Another really nice aspect of Villa Sourini is that you are only minutes from the stunning and newly renovated Esperanza Hotel. We walked over to the property and had an afternoon drink & some appetizers in their outside oceanfront bar. We also had access to the members only beach club and gym.
Without hesitation I would 100% recommend Villa Sourini! I can't wait to bring my husband back for a couple’s trip! It is PARADISE!
