Although the condo was in an excellent location, for the amount we paid, I expected a cleaner facility. Cupboards were dirty and towels that were "cleaned and folded" had dirt or something on the edges, therefore we felt we couldn't trust the rest of the place. Maybe for a vacation rental it's fine for most people, but I'm just a little pickier perhaps. Once I see something dirty (the cupboard/towels), it makes me wonder what else is dirty. Otherwise the physical part of the condo was fine, enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Especially liked sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view!

Condo was clean, some new renovations since last year. Safety bars added to the bathrooms which was much needed. Ice maker in the refrigerator was frozen up and did not produce ice. Was worked on unsuccessfully by maintenance. One bag of ice was brought over by rental management but that really didn't last for one day at the beach.Construction work on the complex was most unpleasant. Was told that it would not affect our stay but parking near our condo was blocked off for construction workers and yes that absolutely affected our stay as close handicapped parking is a must for us. Work by construction crew was running ahead of schedule so the work did affect our stay as well! Early morning noise and scaffolding went up to block our view. Uncomfortable with the scaffolding at windows and decking areas. Possible easy access for intruders.Our group has stayed at Ocean One for over 30 years as we really like the location. The property should not have been rented during the construction phase and especially at the increased rate from last year.This year our vacation was not the best but maybe after much needed renovations on this property are completed it will be more amenable.

We had a great experience in our rental unit. This is just a small thing, but it made a huge difference in our stay. The appliances were clean. We had a lot of rubbermaid available for our use on the stay. We used these for our fresh fruit and veggies and to take snacks to the beach. The pots and pans were brand new and very nice to cook on. The fridge made circle balls of ice! It was soo cool! The appliances were top notch. Everything was clean and organized in the kitchen. Nothing was a hodge podge mess! The appliances were very nice and clean. The unit was clean and nothing needed repaired! Everything worked! Plenty of beach items were available for our stay including two nice beach chairs and boogie boards! We used our beach gear credit for bikes, and this was fantastic! A great program I recommend for all! The beds were comfortable and clean. TVs were smart which made it easy to connect to our NetFlix and Amazon accounts. Hooks by the front door were great for hanging towels for the beach! Great experience!

Our family, including two young grandchildren had another great time in HHI at Ocean One. Having both a nice pool and the beach steps away from our condo is important in our situation. The 3 bedroom unit served our needs very well and the balcony view was amazing.

This rental was clean and very accommodating especially with having 2 young children with us. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more but do suggest a new can opener and also a plastic spatula to keep from scratching the nice cook wear. The views from the balcony were great. The beach was clean, well patrolled, but a bit crowded. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and even a grocery store. We did miss out on the last couple days of the pool due to a structural problem. I was impressed to see that a crew worked through the night to fix the problem and that the pool was being refilled with water as we were leaving Saturday. We would definitely stay at this rental again and recommend it for other families or small groups .

Overall, I liked the property a lot but would only rent this unit again if the patio furniture is replaced with a low-top table and chairs. The high-top chairs were extremely uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. I paid for an ocean view and expected to spend lots of time on the patio enjoying it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to because I couldn't sit comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is newer but lacked any pantry staples. Other rooms in Ocean One that I've rented have pantries stocked with oil, spices, condiment, etc. This kitchen has none. If these minor improvements were made, I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. View from the balcony was amazing.Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn and very uncomfortable. Bathrooms need safety bars installed as the floor of the showers and tub are very slippery when wet!

Several months after renting unit #401 for Thanksgiving week, the owners decided they wanted the unit for themselves that week. Since vacations from work had been arranged this presented a problem. We also needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family. Seashore Vacations (Buddy) rose to the occasion and provided us two ocean front side by side rentals that accommodated our families. We have rented from Seashore Vacations several times before and will definitely rent from them in the future. They take care of their customers!

Amazing location
I love staying at Ocean One — the location can’t be beat. This unit is the probably the best we’ve stayed at in Hilton Head.. Clean and spacious. Had all the kitchen things we needed. We very much enjoyed the view of the ocean from both balconies. We used the community grills to cookout, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. We had one small snafu at check in where the code the gave us for the door was not correct, but luckily they answered immediately when we called and it was revolved in only a few minutes. Would definitely recommend this unit and Ocean One!

Great Getaway!
We were 3 couples looking for a nice warmer getaway place and we found it in Hilton Head! The location is centrally located and near so many restaurants and shops. The condo size was great for us as we each had our own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The 4th floor gave us a great view of the ocean and pool. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner. It is showing signs of age and was rough around the edges. But since we didn’t spend our days hanging out in the condo, it wasn’t a problem. We didn’t cook any meals there, but it appeared to be stocked well enough had we wanted to. 2 of the balcony stools were broken, but we had 6 others that were fine.

Incredible spot on HHI
Incredible place. Views are stunning, huge condo, rooms large with their own bathroom. Bring your own beach towels, and housekeeping should sweep under the couches. Only negative I would say. Everything else was terrific. Walking distance from everything. We were supposed to go to gulf shores, but hurricane ida had different plans so we booked this place a day before check-in. Everything went extremely smooth and they even let us check in a couple hours early.

Very nice large condo. Great views from the 4th floor balconies. Good location - within walking distance to many restaurants and shops in the area.

Fall retreat
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would love to make this our yearly "go-to" ! It's a beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Walking distance to local restaurants and grocery stores, and only steps from the beautifully maintained pool and boardwalk access to the ocean. Details like a Keurig and extra blankets and towels make it super comfortable. Perfect home away from home!
