Location is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and has two bathrooms which is great. The stuff is really nice.

The mattresses are too soft in the second room and the living room. The apartment would benefit from slight renovation. Also, we were lacking of kitchen facilities like some sponge and dish soap, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets and also detergent.

Pros: - Terrific location! Steps away from restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets. 15-20 minutes walking gets you anywhere you want to go whether to the beach/or into the heart of historical Centro - Large, spotless, spacious, good for families - all basic amenities - Both bedrooms quiet as tombs - Regular and thorough housekeeping for longer stays at no extra charge - Exceptional property management team (we had a problem with the showers and they came and fixed immediately)

Cons: - minimal furnishings, on the shabby side - Insufficient kitchenware (pots/pans/implements) to cook anything except the most basic meals; no shelving or cupboards to store groceries - Master bed is lumpy, extremely uncomfortable, not good for people with bad backs

There was no explanation of the fact that the plates, coffee pot etc are all hidden in the kitchen behind what does not look like a door. we are 2 intelligent well-travelled adults and we searched and searched. very frustrating. also, lots of mould in the showers. not okay.

it was in a great location. Very spacious and comfortable. good views from the lounge as top floor.

a few essentials in the kitchen cupboard would have been welcome but certainly not a deal breaker.

The double bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in!!!

The coffee pot is only big enough for 1 cup which is a bit daft when the apartment can sleep 4 people, just a tiny criticism.

The view was beautiful, but one blind was broken

The kitchen was poorly equipped...only one bowl that was chipped, very few glasses, no dish towels, the tenedero was broken, the iron was dirty and the apartment floor was just dry mopped...needed to be vacuumed! The master bedroom is so small you can't open one of the closets:-(
