The property was located as described to the center.
This is not a 4 star property as pictured on all the hotel collateral not even for the country of Serbia Standards. I would rate it one star. There is no air conditioning or air ventilation and the room reached over 90 degrees. It was unbearable. The room pictured was not the room provided. The apartment had a strong moldy odor and the drains we filthy- there were flies in the apartment and it smelled like sewage in addition to mold. You could visibly see mold growing on the ceiling. When we notified the front desk no resolution was provided except to open the window. At check out frivolous additional charges and nickel and dimming occurred. Hotel establishment not worth even base price. Staff was rude and abrupt at every interaction. Please enjoy Zlatibor elseware!

Location is close to center. Big rooms and a nice balcony with a view. Pool and spa at basement are decent.
Poor and mostly cold breakfast with not much variation everyday. Accept at reception other staff did not speak english so it was difficult to communicate. No bell desk so carry your own luggage. No kettle or tea/coffee kit provided in room. (I was asked to pick the kettle from reception upon request).
Pool is not meant for small kids as throughout the depth is more than 6 ft with no support staff to watch. Steam room was not operational.

there was a bad smell in the bathroom which made the room a little bit stinky and there wasn’t air conditioning on the room which made us to open the balcony door and leave it open all night

The breakfast and dinner are superb. Since we travelled with kids, there was always something they liked at the table. The Hotel has a playroom just beside the restaurant in whick kids can play until you finish your meal in peace. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is really friendly, and they always meet your expectations. The kids spent a lot of time at the spa, liked the pool. The gym is also nice, everything is there for a good training including cardio: bicycle and treadmill. The location is superb: the view on the upper floor is amazing - you can see the two biggest summit of Zlatibor: Tornik and Cigota. Also, you can reach the lake in like 5 minutes on foot and yet you are practically in a forest zone, it is not noisy from all the people there. I compared to the location near the market or adventure park appartments, hotel Iris has one of the best locations on Zlatibor. There are also enough parking lots.
Somethimes on upper floors the water pressure is low that you can wait for more than 5 minutes somethimes during the shower to get the pressure back. Also, the room temperature was set automatically, I couldnt find a way to reduce temp manually because it was really warm: the thermometer showed 25C degrees, it affected the sleeping somethimes.

Really nice hotel and the atmosphere. Very pleasant the entrance group. The Sauna and Salt cave are superb. Our room was on a quiet side, so we had a beautifull view from the terrace to the pine trees)

Location is good, just 5 mins from center, breakfast very good. Overall very good and would recommend and stay again.
Room was a bit too small and pretty noisy in the morning. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties,but the coffee is terrible and it needs improvement.
