The beach access was great! Pool areas are nice, but only one pool was open (the smallest).

The property is unfinished. There's construction happening all around, and the check-in process was not clear. We had to contact the host on What's App and meet her at the apartment. It seemed unreasonable that we had to present the cleaning deposit and cleaning fee in cash (pesos preferred). We didn't have that amount of cash on hand, and there isn't an ATM machine on site. It was very inconvenient and seemed unnecessary for cash to be required. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. The balconies are nice. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms didn't have fans. Only one pool was available--which was not communicated to us ahead of time. There are two larger pools that seemed to be unfinished, or under construction. It will be beautiful when they are finished! The hours that you could order from the restaurant were very limited. Breakfast didn't start until 10am and Dinner ended at 5pm. How does that work for people? We had to walk to the closest OXXO to get snacks for our kids because we missed out on the dinner. It would have been nice to know those details ahead of time.

hello, first I like to say thanks for you introduction and explanation you give us before we was traveling. Let me explain my view: We was in area ocean over new year 2019 to 2020 in an appartement in the 2. floor. Everything was very nice. If I arrived on last wednesday after 7 hours drive I didn’t inspect properly the appartment where we was now until today. Really on wednesday evening I was wondering at all If I compare my first visit in 19 to 20 and today the appartment what we rent and what we get. the picture at booking. com doesn’t match at all what we saw at what we get. I always do my boocking over booking.com arround the world. I never got an rubbish like this. Sorry for my hard word but I’m with out of any word. The fritch on top have not cleaned for long time, the funiture at the kitchen are scrap, the small shower / toilet room smells very bad, the master shower room looks like that an 5 year old child made the renovation and, and and.

ac was noisy and there was construction on the premises

We loved the pools, close to beach.

Aptm had no a/c unit in living room, it was hot. Elevator had no air conditioning either. Construction going on property, and the aptm had no pool/ocean view. Property is away from shopping centers and food.
