The staff were super nice, breakfast was great! Lucia and the other girl were very helpful.

The size of the bathroom is too small.

We only stayed for a night but the staff, breakfast ladies and everyone was very helpful and were personable. It is in a safe and nice neighbourhood and we reached the airport in around 30mins.

The lady taking care of things each morning - breakfast and arranging our airport taxi - was most sincere, helpful, kind and overall a lovely person.

The windows need screens to keep out the mosquitoes. We could not enjoy any fresh air without attracting dozens of mosquitoes - window screens are a must! Please get new/better hair dryers - each time I tried to dry my hair, the hair dryer would quit within minutes and not restart for at least 10 minutes. Once it finally restarted, again it would quit within 3 or 4 minutes of use - very frustrating - not a nice way to start every day! Our travel companions, staying in a different room, had exactly the same complaints - too many mosquitos and lousy hair dryer!

I really liked the two women who were very friendly and proffesionals made us feel at home,especially during breakfast they both were very helpful.They really made our stay more enjoyable.

The room was small,not much light,and the extra blanket was not good cleaned.It was near the corridor and almost all the noises were heard.The hotel itself is a little far from the main attractions

The staff, especially the morning ladies, were absolutely 💯 the best part of the stay! Nothing was too much, requests were done with smiles, 100% accommodating. If I could rate them higher, I would. The morning staff makes this review outstanding 👏

Breakfast staff were exceptional. Breakfast was welcoming. Had a quiet room.

The close proximity to Castel Sant'Angelo and to loads of restaurants. The staff was amazing especially the lady that was in charge of the breakfast. By the second day she knew our options on coffee and had them ready straight away. The garden was a plus. They've organized a taxi, really early in the morning, for us.

Great location, only a short walk from underground station and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were so helpful and kind. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we got there but they took our bags and sat us out in the lovely terrace area with coffee and cakes (which were delicious)! The rooms were spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to get have had the maid in despite only staying there for just over 1.5 days. The breakfast had a good variety and was great. A bit of everything!

For the price we couldn't have wanted more.

As it was a basement room it was a little damp but opening a window for a but sorted that, and price , staff location all made that seem irrelevant.

Our room was super comfortable. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast at the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, just over 10 minutes walking from the Vatican, and we would also walk to anywhere else in the city, passing through famous spots.

We like the place very much, small and cozy and very clean, with a beautiful garden, staff is really friendly.

The staff literally took care of us they were so sweet. The breakfast was the best. it’s a few blocks from the Metro and a few blocks from the Vatican several restaurants right out your door.
