The location was very good. Good supermarkets nearby. Lovely restaurants on the marina.

There was building work going on throughout our stay.

first class location.

We chose this apartment as friends had booked one in the same complex. I have not ever booked an apartment before, normally choosing a larger villa, but decided to give this a go to be near our friends. The apartment is simple and modern, but with all the things I needed - aircon, a Nespresso machine, the comfiest beds and pure cotton bed linen, and a view of the beach! A gated community with direct beach access and two swimming pools, located a few hundred yards from a well stocked supermarket and the fabulous marina for a great selection of restaurants, plus only 20 minutes walk to Estepona old town, this quickly became one of my favourite family holidays! We have teenage boys (17 & 15), and the area is lively enough for them without us being worried about them being out in the evening. The bedrooms are good sizes, so plenty of room for all of us. We tended to eat out most evenings and spent days at the beach or pool, so as a base this apartment was absolutely perfect! I don’t tend to watch tv on holiday, but there was a Chromecast stick, so it was possible to stream Netflix and watch a film or two if you fancied a quiet night in. I would definitely return, and I’m really glad that our friends introduced us to this fab little urbanisation.
