The apartment was bright and clean with really nice interior and amazing view on port. Its location was also great: close to the city center, a good restaurant (Argentina) and big mall were just nearby. Sauna was really good too.

A bit of quest with keys but the host prepared good instructions to get them, so it was fine after all. Moreover, I did not expect a deposit for apartment, so you should check about it in advance. Even though apartment was really nice, it had some minor defects. So do not expect that it is new like on pictures.

The sofa/bed is awful and mattress needs to be changed, it is probably the worst mattress I've seen for over 10 years. You could not expect such bad mattress in that apartment. The sauna was not working. When you order Lootsi apartment with sauna you sure expect apartment with working sauna. We were actually planning to use it as we are used to it and it is part of daily routine. But it seems that in this case you can never be sure what you are paying for. Besides the fact that sauna was no working and we haven't received any message on that, when I called the owner I was simply told thay it is not working and besides that "you didn't order sauna. we charge extra for sauna". That is a big surpirse as there is no information on that. One more strange issue is that you need to pay deposit payment 100€ to the owners account before moving in the apartment. This information is not clear at all on the stage of booking and definitely needs to be clearly mentioned in the main text on the stage of booking as it makes all process very complicated and I would have rather chosen some other apartment then make my life complicated in such simple issue.

Well equipped modern apartment with nice views. It is centrally located, check-in process was easy, and sauna was a pleasant bonus. We were informed by booking.com about the deposit, however it is not a common practice that the deposit should be paid by the bank transfer, it wasn't convenient, but ok. The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa in the main room, as the matrass on it was too uncomfortable to sleep. But it is an extra space, other beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommended!

It was a hassle with deposit. I knew there is going to be one, but expected it to be taken/blocked automatically via booking. Instead 24 h before check in I was asked to pay the deposited to a separate account. So good to check mail before your planned visit as you are not getting any info about check in untill you pay the deposit. Also took over a week to get it back after the check out.

High quality apartment. Great view on harbour and ferries. Very close to shopping center or high fidelity restaurants. Contact with the owner flawless. Easy instuctions how to get to the apartment. Air conditioning and sauna. All amenities present. Clean. Perfection.

Expecting deposit to be paid outside Booking as a condition to get to the apartment was quite surprising. We got the request 1 day before arrival while asking for the details of check in. What if we didn't ask for that or manage to pay the deposit? Would the reservation be cancelled? However, one can rely to that as the owner probably had problems with devastation. Nevertheless, I suggest earlier notice or method change. It was a minor issue and doesn't influence on strong 10 mark in evaluation.

Actually this apartment is perfect for two. To bee there with family (5 persons as were) its a bit more crowdy.

Port view, underground parking was a bonus because there was a lot of snow in the morning that we left. Also a private sauna - it was very nice to get warm after a cold winter walk in the city. Very clean.

There is just one space - no private room with a door - so it could be a problem if traveling with a small child. Also, I assume that some of the photos was old in booking.com, but overall had a great stay.

Super great flat, with huge windows, you can see the harbor with all the ferrys. Very cosy, very nice furniture, we liked it a lot! The sauna is a huge plus! Absolutely recommended to everyone. The city center is about 20-25 minutes of walking.

There was no information during booking about the 100€ deposit that we had to pay in order to get the key information.
