Very well equipped studio in a great location in the heart of the old town. Hotel room size bedroom with the bonus of a separate kitchen and really good size balcony/terrace (which we unfortunately couldn't use as it rained the whole of our stay, which we understand is unusual). Great choice for a couple or single traveller. Had to download an app to gain access via an electronic key, which despite my initial scepticism worked really well, although physical keys are available once inside the accommodation.

All good. We even liked that we kept getting lost in the maze of narrow streets around the studio, finally got our bearings as we were leaving.

Location was great in the middle of town Good comfortable bed A small kitchen with kettle (without coffee machine) Had a compact washer and dish washer The small compact shower room was very good with a powerful shower Big towels There is a rooftop terrace for use which would be excellent the spring and summer

Finding the location of this apartment building is a challenging The Google maps location pin shows the apartment to be at the top of the street when actually it's in the middle half was down.the numbers do not make sense So you need to head for a couple doors from the clothing store Stradivarious. And there you will see a large old wooden door and above the door a number 1 displayed See my photo This was the only disappointment when arriving in the Calle Novena as the street sign is displayed at the top of the straight away from the building

Location and the balcony

We had a lovely stay in Cadiz and would absolutely recommend this location to fellow travelers. The amenities were perfect, it was clean and lovely and we felt very at home while away. It was also very easy to communicate questions and receive responses!

Just be careful if you have a car! Parking is extremely close (which is awesome!) but google maps took us through the small streets of the old town originally and you will get fined for traveling on these streets! Others commented on the fact that the elevator is above a flight of stairs but it is quick and easy to access so we didn't have a problem at all with this!

Everything was in good condition and good looking The terrace was really amazing The tv is modern and has Netflix and every thing Different towels, shampoo, soup, Toothbrush Tooth paste, first med kit, coffe sugar and well equipeed kitchen with big fridge
