It wasn’t the hosts fault but they are working on improving the water in Barcelona so we couldn’t use the kai dry at our place. Everything else was amazing especially the location and safety. You can walk almost everywhere you’d want to see it take a shirt metro from around the corner. Restaurant, coffee and even breakfast within steps of the streets below. Festivals can be viewed from the living room window to the streets below and it’s a beautiful view of the City as well. Yet judy shut the windows and sleep quietly with automatic block out blinds. Loved our stay!

There was a strange sewerage smell coming from the bathroom, could be mould build up in the drains.

The apartment is beautifuly decoreted, spacious and very well furnished offering everything you might need during your stay. The building is just across the street from Casa Battlo, and has a really nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

Perfect location opposite Casa Battlo and 15min walk into Gothic centre. Lovely host and clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need.

the location was wonderful. our renting agent greeted us on sidewalk at our arrival and this was most helpful as was a little tricky to find entry at first visit. front desk staff during the day was very helpful. everything was clean and space was generous and comfortable. great area simply for walking and we also took advantage of the metro in the same block. also easy to find Netflix….

Lots to see in the area. Location to everything. All the must sees were walkable from here. Weather was perfect. Great restaurants all around.
We did not like the smell in bathroom. Funky smell. Could not get rid of with air freshener. It was Hard to find a variety of fresh veggies & meat Close to it.

The apartments is hugh and well organized. Location is great and right across Levis and Zara. the building is quite and there are many places to eat.
The Host welcome me at the apartment and explained how things are working .

Amazing apartment!! Beautiful, clean, full of light, fully equipped kitchen, lovely landlady that helps with every question and recommendation and the location is absolutely the best, walking distance from most of the attractions in the area.

Location is very good.
The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbours all day. Talking, music, tv,.. Not nice when party people (at other rental apartments) come home at night.

I must say I was impressed with the location, it is amazing, in a central area, right next to metro station, for people who like to walk it can be also walking distance to some of Barcelona’s must see objectives.
The apartment is beautiful, very well equiped, nicely furnitured and we will definetly book it again.
The host was extremely nice, very well organized ahead of our arrival, asking us all the necessary details, so that everything goes smoothly.
Definetly this apartment is a hidden gem, worth booking!!

Location, size of the apartment, everything you need there and even more. Thelma is very friendly and a good host. Overall we enjoyed it.
I highly recommend fixing the air extractor in the bathroom because, after the shower, there is a strong smell that disappears only in 30-60 minutes after. The owner must install an electric air extractor to fix this issue.
Furniture in the bathroom under the sink must be replaced or repaired.
