staff were really lovely and welcoming. nothing too much trouble. stayed in the Ocean Suites which were really lovely overlooking the pool.
breakfast was really good, great choice. steak house amazing Chateaubriand. fish restaurant also delicious! Will definitely visit again.

Great Location! perfect resort to travel with family. if you’re a couple it’s hectic. beach is hectic, you need to get up at 7am to find chairs at the beach! restaurant is packed at all times.
very crowded! went for 3 nights, could get a beach chair around 11 am. people would put their personal belongings and leave the beach. while we had to lay down on the sand, bc there wasn’t anything available.
went to the small bar rood top, down by the beach. Whole we waited for the beach restaurant for lunch, the gentlemen at the bar upstairs was extremely rude, to the point we ended up leaving.

The location and room were excellent, big selection of restaurants and great food. Staff was extremely helpful!
Not enough sunbeds at the beach, we did not manage to find enough sunbeds for our family during our stay so had to lay on the sand, which was not comfortable and was not expected on a 5 star resort. Also noted that a lot of sunbeds were reserved in advance by some guests but not been used.
The golf course was overcrowded. We have played twice during our stay and were not able to start on the prebooked tee time.

Front office staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The resort was just too big. One got easily lost. Signage hopeless.. Food is mediocre.
