Location is decent. Private parking is awesome. Decent room, needs more thorough cleaning.

My first personal booking experience was very disappointing. I contacted Georgiana day before arrival to see if there are any changes and if everything is ok (with reservation and in-general because of the earthquakes) and she responded with "its ok". I was traveling with my mother and we booked DELUXE KING STUDIO because it loooked nice and so we can have separate beds (sofa bed).Upon arrival, Georgiana handed us the keys to a room that wasnt the one we booked. If I havent asked about the room, she wouldnt even told us that the room we booked had electricity problem. We got the room with no secondary bed, so I had to share bed with my mother. Uncomfortable, but managable, since we were there for only two nights, didnt wanna make big deal out of that. The REAL problem is (we found out this later on), since our original room had "electricity problem", we paid 6 less euros for the room that is being rented for AT LEAST 10-15euros less (penthouse apartment). And the absolute cherry on top is the WIFI. Internet was absolutely terrible. Sure, you can connect on it, but you could barely load instagram page, yet alone watch video on youtube, and you can forget about streaming movie on netflix. Good thing there is restaurant named Papa Sam that has good internet, so we went there for a food and internet basically. To be clear, we agreed to pay 6 euros less for a room. But we didnt know its original price since we booked the other one and due to the poor internet we couldnt check the real price differences when she offered. We just felt tricked and betrayed. We found out about the prices day after arrival, once we connected to a decent internet in the city. Timisoara is really beautiful place (will visit again) but situation with Georgiana apartments really left a bitter taste in the whole experience.

Private parking, close to the shopping mall (10 min walk) and not so far from the City center (25 min walk). Perfect for a short City trip.

Georgina let us be in apartament for one hour longer then we expected. The apartament we booked(new apartament) had problems with electricity but she gave us bigger apartament (older to be honest). But it was clean and confortable, everything was good and we recomend this apartment

Property is new and everything is up to standards.

For start we were relocated to other location which was further away then the location that we booked, we where informed about the relocation late in the morning. Even though the apartment building was new and everything up to standard, the rooms where a problem, they where unpractical for people that are not in a romantic relationship. Firs apartment that was showed to us was a deluxe with a bathtub but The toilet and said bathtub where separated from the rest of the room with just a see trough boards, the 2nd one was with the shower in the middle of the room made of see through glass, i was with my friend ant that was unacceptable. So the 3rd room was actually a two separated rooms wit bathroom between them and that was a lesser evil of the 3 that we where offered. There was a 4th option but at that moment we weren’t brave enough to try it 😉

The hosts were very nice people. They allowed us to have an early check-in and were there at 5 in the morning to open the door for us. Exceptional!

There was no hairdryer.
