La ubicación es muy buena y el área con piscina y juegos para niños muy linda!

La casa en general amplia y cómoda

It is close to everything in Pucón, and in a quiet area. Host was always attentive and helpful. It is a good place for a work travel, but also for vacations.

There was place to park both our cars. The houses are inside a gated territory, so very safe. It was raining all the time when we were in Pucon and it was quite cold, so we used the prvided kerosene heater which was quite powerful. The first morning there was some issue with it, but the host sent someone in to fix it and it was working fine again. There were 3 toilets in the house, one of them next to the entrance - very convenient. There were all plates and cutlery that we needed in the kitchen, the fridge has a freezer as well. There were enough extra blankets. It was nice to be able to pay by paypal (otherwise need to pay in cash). There was a drying rack for clothes which we valued highly after being soaked on our walk in Cani. The dining table is big enough for 8 people, really nice to not need to sit on sofa or elsewhere. That said, sofa was very comfortable as well. The wifi was great. There is a Lider express grocery store some 2 or 3 blocks from the houses area.

The house was cold when we arrived and it took a while to get hot water and heat it up. The host said it is insecure to leave the gas heating for the water on when nobody is there, but it would have been nicer if it was switched on some hours before we arrived. There were a few minor inconveniences such as matches not being there for the stove, but we mentioned that to host and he was welcoming to accept the suggestions, so hopefully for the next guests it will already be provided.
