The flat is big and very clean, with everything equipped if needed.

Although, the rooms were not faced at the main street, the noise was too much, some soundproof windows would do the deal, the road is busy all the time. Also the neighbors upstairs, with the kids, were desperately loud at some point, fixing things in the house at night, kids throwing toys on the floor, screaming….the last thing you need in the evening on a vacation. Some discipline is needed, to know there are also others in the building.

Really clean space and modern! All necessary stuff like towels, paper and even coffee provided. The host was super nice and helpful even though he did not speak english (if you’re not fluent in spanish go ahead and use translator).

Quite new apartment with everything that you need. Not far away from the center of Puerto del Rosario. Easy parking near the apartment. Big mall with supermarket at a 5-minute walk distance

The balcony faced a motorway with a lot of traffic. The shower did not have much water pressure and there were not many plugs in the bedrooms.

Spacious. Near to centre and beach. Bidet but...bath but...

Bidet unusable due to position. Bath but no bath taps - awkward to fill with shower hose. No hooks for coats. Very noisy as near to main road

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, we loved it. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the Mall. 7km from airport. Super clean and comfortable living room, kitchen, beds, two bedrooms have small balconies. We would definitely choose this apartment in our next visit to Fuerteventura.

Great location, close to the airport, supermarket, restaurants and beach. The apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay here again. We had difficulty finding the place after the taxi driver did not drop us at the correct door. I rang the owner Mr. Juan Carlos and he came out to our rescue. Mr. Carlos is very helpful in making our stay comfortable. He even came to our apartment when I had difficulty using the TV . To compensate our hardship on arrival he arranged our taxi to the airport on the house. Thanks very much for your hospitality.

The kitchen is basic and not enough sockets in the kitchen for appliances But If you need anything extra Mr. Carlos will help you out.

The apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped, bathroom nice with soap dispensers, the bed was comfortable. Apartment in great location, just few minutes from the beach, a lot of restaurants around and a shopping centre nearby with a supermarket. The host very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

There was nothing we wouldn’t like, only thing is we didn’t use the small terrace because it is inside of the building so the view is at the white walls.

We are completely satisfied, this is the second time we have stayed here. Juan Carlos is the best host, friendly, responsive, I'm grateful to him for the gifts. He helped us a lot and was very flexible. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were able to carry the suitcases up to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need on vacation, there were even clothespins. It was much easier to rinse the bathing suits with the washing machine. The apartment is in a very good location, close to everything, the beach is at the end of the street, the shopping center is also in the next street. We always found a parking space in front of or next to the house. We had a great time here and everything was fine. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will return here again next year :)

Great apartment, very clean and spacious with all the amenities, small kitchen, breakfast bar area and lounge. Central location. Very responsive host, helpful when we couldn't find the apartment. Plenty of parking nearby.

There's no AC, only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Gets very warm in the apartment and noisy if open the windows.

Close to the beach, availible parking. We had little trouble to find apartment but owner replied fast and was helpful.

Picking the keys from the lock box is extremely convenient. The apartment was big and they provided with lots of clean bathroom towels. We asked the host for beach towels and they included those free of charge. It was nicely furnished.

The location. It is not clear from the pictures that the apartment is next to the end of a highway (lot of speed down and up), which is very noisy at night, and during the day as well. All the bedrooms faced the road so that was extremely annoying (you couldn't really open the window at night, despite the 30+ degrees). Apart from that, the house was missing some kitchen equipment like cutting knifes, cutting board, kitchen towels to dry wet stuff as well as no drying rack - which meant we were forced to let stuff to dry in the sink.

the property was amazing. very clean. light and with the windows open a beautiful breeze flowed through the apartment. There was fans in all the rooms but we didn’t need to use them. The bathroom had soap and toilet rolls and the kitchen had washing up liquid, which is unusual normally you need to go out and buy things like that.

I stayed for the third time in one of the big apartments in Juan Carlos’ house what speaks for itself. The apartment provided everything you need. Usually I never watch tv, when on vacation, but this time I couldn’t resist to watch some movies on netflix. You always find a parking lot either in front of the house or in the neighbor streets a minute away. There’s a shopping mall close by. The self check-in worked well. Juan Carlos is a friendly and responsive host.

it was newly renovated, so the things were modern. the place was also really clean 10/10.

the place had a smell when you first walked in, because there was no air circulation. also some of the basics were missing for a fully comfortable experience (for example, laundry rack, trash bags)
