Great host, very helpful, provided us with lots of useful information. Location is very very good, quiet, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is great, modern, clean. Definitely will recommend to our friends.

I loved everything about this apartment, I can't recommend it enough. Nataliya was incredibly helpful and always responsive - giving amazing reccomendations for restaurants and activities. The balcony had a gorgeous view, the bed was really comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the toilet/shower was really clean. There is netflix provided, free wifi and a really helpful manual that Nataliya had kindly put together. She even left a complimentary bottle of wine - which was yummy!! 11/10!!

Ideal location for those visiting Cannes but with the intent of leaving the car at home - it is 3 mins from the beach, 4 mins to Aldi, 10 mins to the market and every type of restaurant you can need. The host could not have been nicer pointing out both attractions but also events that were happening during our stay - stuff we would have missed without her great advice. All in all an excellent experience - we'll be back next time we are in Cannes.

Great location, close to Plage du Midi. In walking distance from the beach, the city center, a supermarket and old part of town. Contactless check in and check out (versatile). Apartment with appliances. Friendly landlady.

Bed was not that comfy.

(1) Key handover: The key handover was contact-free. Due to excellent instructions provided by our host Nataliya we easily found our way to the apartment and the key. (2) Location: The apartment is very well located. It's just a few minutes away on foot from the old harbour, the beach as well as from the heart of the historical quarter Le Suquet. There, you have a stunning view over Cannes. The Palace of Festivals is also situated within a walking distance from the property. There's a tasty bakery down the street (just think of fresh croissants and baguette in the morning :)) (3) Studio apartment: The studio is located on the 4th floor of the building, which is thankfully equipped with an elevator :-) The studio is decorated with style and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was neat and clean. Since the street is a bit loud, we used to close the balcony doors at night. There's also a safe for the valuables. Nataliya kindly provided us with instructions as to how to use it. All in all, we liked our stay and would definitely recommend it!
