Comfortable apartment with kitchen and living room. Great for friend group or family. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was comfortable and included toiletries such as toothbrush, shaving kit etc. AC and Fans available. Washing Machine available was a plus! Spacious communal areas. Adequate restaurant on ground floor, convenient when you’re feeling lazy. Welcoming staff :)

Kitchen cabinets could be cleaned more regularly. Location is slightly further away from the main attractions but TukTuk’s are cheap and you’re never more than 30 mins away.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, going beyond expectations and helping us book activities and even order food. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with 2 AC units and a fan. It was very convenient having the restaurant downstairs since there are not many options nearby.

The kitchen was equipped with dishes, utensils and kettle but the only pan was very old and rusted so it was not possible to cook.

Everything was just perfect and so safe. Everyone was lovely. No complaints only good things

Quiet, nice bed and shower, good wifi and the staff was really nice. They make good food at the restaurant downstairs and you can GRAB everywhere. We never waited more than 10 min for grab driver to come. We felt home

A great apartment we could finally relax in and cook after 3 weeks in hotels eating local foods. Beautiful spacious apartment, everything works, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We are a family of 6 and were upgraded to a bigger apartment without even asking! Also our flight was earlier than anticipated and even though we were willing to pay for our entire booking, the staff graciously refunded us for that unused days. I highly recommend this option especially to families.

Pay attention to the location and make sure it fits your needs.

We stayed there before going to the airport on the following day. The owner Michael was very helpful and friendly. The appartment was nice and spacious and had everything we needed.

The location is not optimal if you want to go around a lot. The way to the city center or airport leads over one single bridge with somehow always high traffic. Also it was not easy to find TukTuks to come and pick us up with Grab, we had to switch to Cars or wait like 15 minutes for TukTuks.

it was very large, great for a family. Restaurant downstairs was good and staff was friendly.

It was not super clean, dusty, dishes dirty, and we had no cleaning supplies to fix (ex. broom or dish clothes). There was no service during our stay of 8 days we had to take out our garbage and it was difficult to clean the place with no supplies.

Personnel is super helpful and very friendly! Entire compartment is run by French/Belgian team under their supervision, so you can count on all-things-as-european-as-possible but all of that with good khmer touch! Very good combo. I spent one full month living there and i'm very thankful and satisfied! And one very big bonus is their ground floor restaurant which serves customers with good variety of western,local khmer and other asian foods. All done from high quality components and fresh veggies. Entire kitchen crew is very competent and up to their job! I especially want to thank Dado and Rose for making my special meal request everytime i asked something different from list menu,without any pushbacks 😀 With such request,in any other restaurant owner would probably showing you exit sign if you dare to request anything else than listed on menu. But here not. I will come visit Cambodia again and my next stay will be at La Belle,without a doubt!

Water system pressure is slightly low on peak hours but you can still take a shower. However,this is not house fault but more of a city water company fault.

Spacious apartment with nice balcony. Equipped with everything you need, even including one free drinking water (20L) tub on check-in. Very good WiFi. Nice quiet street, away from the centre, but only 5-6000R passapp to get to conveniences. Yellow tuktuk waiting outside if no passapp, and knowledgable driver. Good food in the chic restaurant downstairs (closed Sundays). Numerous food vendors close by, local style. Friendly staff too, with good English. Orkun.

There is a washing machine and I washed my clothes.

The staff was extremely kind and the facilities at the hotel were just what we needed. Everything was mostly super clean and we had no particular issues.

It was a little bit far off from the centre but we had a private driver from the hotel who kindly accompanied us till Siem Reap for our stay there. Just maybe the bathrooms could've been a little cleaner.
