Rooms are spotless and luxurious. Close to centre few mins walk. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay and they were both gorgeous

Liked everything we stayed in the deluxe room for 2 nights and the queen studio for our last night. The owner is caring and explain everything thoroughly which was a great help. The rooms were newly decorated and everything works as appropriate. The location is fantastic being only a 10 minute walk to the centre. No stags or groups allowed and there is a quiet curfew between 10pm and 8am allowing for a pleasant and peaceful nights sleep which brought comfort allowing for a more romantic break with my wife. The price is more than reasonable and you get a lovely spacious well decorated room. Though the photos make it look like some porn pad the rooms are decorated to great taste and they have class and opulence. I would most definitely stay again. Fridge, pool, jacuzzi spa, spacious rooms, fantastic beds and comfortable pillows, air con, netflix and a good tv what more can one ask for

The lady at the hotel was very kind and helpful.

The host was rude on the phone. He has spoken like, with superiority without being necessary.

The room was incredibly clean, a nice scent in the air. The towels were changed everyday. The room decor was somehow luxurious. The overall feel of the room: very, very pleasant. The location is very good, a few minutes walk from the old center and 100 metres from Lidl.

The staff's attitude was a little cold, everything was presented in a very official manner. The coffee making machine... very disappointed about that... was a kettle... for a 100 euro + for 1 night I honestly expected something more appropriate for making a coffee. Also, a better coffee would be nicer rather than the cheap instant coffee offerred. Again, low value for money. Water temperature, both shower and jacuzzi, very hard to set, at least for me. Also, a few details... one LED stripe wasn't working, only one plug by the bed, hard to reach plug for the "coffee machine".
