The location was good for both the town and the beach.

There is no balcony despite the photos used on Booking. com. Our room was the top left hand side window of picture 4. There were no forks or plates. We contacted the company and they were very abusive in response. The chair in the room was very visibly stained. The mattress topper was stained, smelly and full of hair. We again had to fight with the help of Booking Customer Services to get this changed (it happened the following day) The microwave was very dirty and greasy. The walls are so thin that they shake when the guests in the adjoining room shut their door. The sink and shower did not drain effectively and the water almost flowed to the door from the shower. The curtains do not cover the window, so we were woken daily at dawn (4.30am) by the sunrise.

Beds are bad, sound isolation between rooms quite bad. You can easily hear other room..
