Spacious lounge/bbq area & rooms suitable for a large group with friendly staff that were able to assist when needed. Kitchen was well equipped during our stay & wash/dryer was very much handy during rainy days.

Large house = good for a family! Friendly people. Easy to get around. People gave tips and recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Kids loved the pool.

The maintenance and cleaning couple were great to talk to and helped us with our rubbish etc.

Upon arrival the villa 2 which we were told was ours, was already occupied, and couldn't get hold of anyone, so snopped around an empty villa 3 and found a key so occupied it. Also the lack of hand rails around the pool, stairs as it was raining the boards were very slippery, could do with a good waterblast and wet n and forget sprayed to avoid this.

Large and spacious. Lots of space for our big family. Location was beautiful at the feet of the mountains, and a little ways a away from the business of the island. The pool was perfect for quick dips when the weather would be too warm. Though there are 4 villas in close proximity, there was still a lot of privacy from the trees and plants.

Though wifi is advertised, it is not free. The home felt dusty and like it needed a good sweep and mop. Maybe a gate/door at the fence of the pool for villa 4 as other guests were looking through to us swimming in the pool.. Everything else was PERFECT!!

Minor issue - poor lighting in the lounge/dining area. Trying to play cards as a family was difficult at night.

One of the toilets was a l8ttle close to the wall not convenient for bigger people.

These Villa's fit their name like a glove, PARADISE Holiday Homes!! Awesome layout, perfect facilities inside and outside, swimming pool was a life saver and our host family was awesome. These villas catered ALL our needs for our group of 19 people. We loved that it was tucked away in the forest of Rarotonga so we had the best of both worlds. The beach and bush of this beautiful island. Big Bob was always a phone call away and we saw Lil Bob on the daily doing maintenance of the 4 villas. Our group flight bookings changed 4 times since July 2022 and Big Bob was always accommodating. Our host family also did a supermarket shop before we landed on the island so it was ready and in our villas when we landed. It was the small things that really counted for us. Thank you Paradise Holiday Homes for making our stay and my daughter's 21st birthday so special. Arohanui Michelle

The property is private and very spacious with everything we need. given that there were 9 of us, it was exceptionally comfortable. we had ample places to relax, and the home accommodated us perfectly. The staff that serviced the home were very friendly and welcoming, and for value for money, it was unbelievable. The owner Bob was amazing as we had a delayed flight home due to the flooding in auckland. Bob was super helpful, and we were lucky to stay a few extra nights. I couldn't recommend this place enough to people traveling to rarotonga looking for a true home away from home.

we loved the location - the size - the pool and the “homey feel” of the property - and we met the owner and the manager and both were friendly and accomodating 👌🏾

Great space through the home and outdoor patio, which made it easy for a large family like us to spread out and enjoy the facilities.

No aircon (like many other places on the Island).

We absolutely loved it! The accommodation was super clean and had everything we could possibly have thought of. Bob came around daily and cleaned the pool and checked if we needed anything. The accommodation had great fans (for the hot days), and a fantastic pool and outdoor area. We swam out there every morning and evening. There were a couple of cute Raro dogs that hung out on the pool chairs with us everyday, and a few lizards which had taken up residence inside! The hosts communicated with us lots before our arrival, including assisting us with WiFi, helping us organise a rental car, and even delivering groceries to our accommodation (as we were arriving late at night). It completely took the stress out of an overseas holiday. We will definately be staying again - 10/10!!

I love the location of the property, so nice and peaceful. Everything we need away from home was available in our villa, kids loved the pool and the space the villa came with.
