Hosts/staff were brilliant from the start, they helped us arrange ski passes and transfers to the chalet from Geneva airport well before arrival which made the trip very stress free. Chalet hosts were exceptional breakfast and evening meals were fantastic and differed each day, also fresh cakes were made on return from boarding each day. Private driver to the ski lifts and from apres ski in the afternoon were also included which was an added bonus! We were very lucky that we managed to attend this booking before the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown was inputted in Europe. There were only another 2 guests staying alongside us so had plenty of space to chill out and had free rein over the hot tub! Location is also perfect only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and theres is a bus top less than 100m away to catch the free service around town and over to Avoriaz.

Appreciate the staff are entitled to a day off work however this was not stated when booking that it would fall within our stay so on one of the days we did not receive the half-board measures had paid for and had to go out for an evening meal which meant more cost.

Location was good lifts to and from the ski lift saved allot of time travelling.

Staff were fab an assest to the chalet.

Great time spent at Sosa - the staff were super nice and helpful! Perfect stay would highly recommend !
