I had some tidy and clean apartments but this place is amazing. Kitchen, bathrooms in general looks amazing. Mr. Alex is very polite and flexible with everything so your stay is comfortable.

Only thing that bothert me was forbidden smoking on amazing balcony.

Located next to a main road outside the city center. Yet not too busy and only 30 min to city center or main station by foot. Public transport and bicycle rental near.

Comfortable beds and nice kitchen.

Long way up stairs to shared bathroom and hosts didn’t interact at all. Communication was by signage, but it was okay considering the price.

Really loved how clean the property was. Hassle free check-in. The facilities were wonderful. Overall very satisfied.

The hot water wasn't hot after 15 min of shower. There is no reception so it could be a problem if you need something. 30 min walk from the city center, not a problem but just to give you an idea.

Everything was clean, tidy and even though the bathroom and kitchen was shared, they were kept very clean. The house is very beautiful and cozy.

I managed to catch a parking spot but there were only 2 maximum 3 if you block the others. The public parking looked a bit shady, I wouldn't trust leaving my car there. Everything else was great!

Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated to eat breakfast on the balcony. The beds was good. The self-check in worked well. Value for the money.

We knew there would be cameras but we didn’t expect them to feel so “in your face” which felt like an intrusion on our integrity. But we are overall happy with our stay.

The room was clean and nicely prepared. Shared bathroom was also very clean, spacious and no issues sharing. Kitchen had great facilities and also very clean. Communication with hosts was good and self check in went smoothly - instructions were easy to follow! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Parking was available on the premise and the wifi was strong.

No AC in the room and windows wouldn’t open, I was boiling during the night. Smelly and stuffy throughout the house. Cameras watching you everywhere except your room and the bathroom, how is this necessary? How does one feel comfortable? You get a list of rules an hour before check in and they let you drop the booking if you don’t agree to them all - what am I supposed to do an hour before check-in?? Two bathrooms for 6+ rooms across two floors, not enough, and you can’t use the kitchen during lunch time (b/w 13:00-15:00), literally the only time I’d care about using the kitchen. The landlord or whoever lives in the basement has a dog which is annoying. Location is 30+ min from center by foot, I always had to take my car, paid expensive parking there. I do not recommend this place at all, for a few extra bucks you can find a much better option.

Very comfortable place, nice owner, you've got everything you need here, hairdryer, free shampoo, tea, cafe. Kitchen well equipped. Clean. Very big room.

It was adverised as a peaceful and quiet stay, it met those claims and then some. Bed was super comfy, everything was tidy and smelled nice. We had a bit of a language barrier (mostly because of me) but owner was plenty helpful.
