Close to the beach, some cute restaurants, great balcony view, bed was comfy, very safe Clean

Thin walls, upstairs neighbor wore loud shoes every step and could hear a lot of what was going on in surrounding apts

Excellent location, 30 second walk to the beach.

The apartment was a bit dated.

Everything but the apartment. The location is simply great. The beach and the sea are just across the street, literally 5 minutes from the apartment. The beach has everything for everyone: fine sand and shallow water, sunbeds or areas to simply lay your towel, sports areas, beach bars and a lot of sun. The agency managing the apartment make a huge difference. Without them our holiday would have been a disaster. They are professional and always ready to help. Everything within their power and control was simply perfect – kudos for a great job to Elena, Isabel and Joserra – you made our vacation better!

The apartment is in bad shape, everything is old and thorn and that creates a very unpleasant feeling of dirty. And things are dirty underneath: The couch in the living room is simply filthy if you raise the cover. The furniture is old and that contributes to a rather unpleasant smell that we have brought home, impregnated in the clothes. But worst of it all was the beds – metal frame with one of the cheapest mattresses and very, very old linens. Mine was featuring PanAm and TWA logos (Was changed immediately upon notice by the agency with their own). How hard and costly is to pay a trip to IKEA and buy two complete double beds? Two-three nightly rents? The owner must understand the people are renting this apartment for vacation and to relax not for jail like sleeping experience. There is a common pool, visible in the pictures but very oddly managed: surrounded by a 1 meter high fence with locked doors and a patrolled by a guard. Kids are not allowed in the 1.2m pool but in the 0.5 one and no bathing from 15:00 to 17:00 due to “siesta”. Really? Luckily the sea is 20m away and is a way better bathing option.
